If people are worried about the gaps between the chest and shoulders on Kronis, they can always leave the two black pieces on each side to hide the gaps.... kinda like the way he looks here.

Question: IS Kronis supposed to have the armor pieces removed? I mean, I guess so, because why would the Left arm be removeable, but I am curious about the armor. They didn't display him that way:



BUT, again, WHY is the left arm removeable??? Is it because this removeable arm thing is going to be used for other figures? Is the buck basically changed entirely inside in order to accomodate this feature?

I imagine Hurricane Hordak will use it. But Who needs his LEFT arm removeable? King Hiss? Ssqueeze?

This is one of my most anticipated figures because I always thought TrapJaw was AWESOME and there are so many pieces...how cool!

You can put the right arm on with the black armor part still attached right? Cause I will display him like that most likely.

bcrduke, you are right. In the comic and cartoon he ALWAYS had both shoulder pieces on. He has never been shown without them. Well...the big chest one came off when Skelly ripped off his arm...

Heh...yeah, for some reason my memory of Kronis from the book didn't have those armor pieces on. But you guys are right. I guess they are meant to stay on. Interesting.

So, now I'm betting that the buck is just built for interchangeable arms, and that;s the reason they can both be removed.

Loving this figure! Great review. I can't get over how GROSS his mouth is. Ick! A cool touch we'd probably never see in a mass market line. I'm going to be so poor February! I definitely plan to get a second one to make Kronis... which I will definitely display with the armor bits still on.

I actually really liked the last two reviews you did. Mainly because you actually were shown interacting with the figures "live". The reviews had a whole entire different feeling and sound to me. Less commercial and more review, IMO.

Its nice to know our loved ones pay attention!lol

Also in regard to the metallic armor on his arms, its always made perfect sense to me, as it corresponds with the Armor on (the almost identical) Man-E-Faces Vintage arms, where his bicep and upper fore arm are exposed but the back of his arm is armored, even as a kid I always wondered why TJ's armor was the same color as his skin.

in MOTUC TJ there is a distinct Skin tone on the bicep. its not all metallic.
