Is it possible to remove his cape without hurting the toy? it seems to be glued in at the top and just plugged in his back, however I don't want to end up tearing it off and not being able to reattach it. Anyone removed theirs?

If he's just standing there, yes, it semi-"clips" into place and he's fine with it, but as soon as you go to move him, it wobbles and usually falls off.Originally Posted by stprime
I do like the option of having it removable though. Hopefully the new version will have this as well as removable armor and a strap on the back for a weapon (like He-Man).

I took mine off too. the only promblem is that the white glue they used is all over the place after removing the cape. i used an excato knief to remove most of it.

I removed mine too by just pulling, it really was not hard. It sits on him still and you'd never know I took it off, but I think he looks kinda funny without it imo.

I can't wait for the reissue late this year. I'm sure he'll have removable armor (and cape).
I must reiterate that I really want a new/redone Spirit version, and I would not be opposed to a reissue of the statue version either.

i'd been thinking of making a cape for my ba he-man figure like the one kgs has. no way i can make it from plastic so i was thinking of fabric. in order to make it bendable i'd put a couple of wires in it. fabric would be nylon royal red. a white fur trim at the top & golden design ribbon at the bottom. small metal chain to hold cape around figures neck.
i'm having problems trying to put this together.
does anyone have suggestions on how to make a cape for a toy.
