If you're going to Power Con and WANT an Illumina figure in MOTUC, I think you should REALLY show your support to Mattel. Seeing/hearing support in person is important.

I'm adding my support to the "Illumina in MOTUC" campaign. She is really a cool looking character and I've seen more art and threads on her then I did of Vikor before he was announced that he was being made. She is not obscure in the fandom.

To have her as the Exclusive for next years Power-Con!

Yeah, this years Power-Con popped up probably too quick for Mattel to create an exclusive for this year, but for next year Illumina makes perfect sense.

I would like to see Mattel release her as one of the 30th Anniversary figures, use one of the Mattel created slots.

See... I would not. I want her, but I like the idea of the 30th anniversary slots being totally new characters we've never heard of.

Mattel's claiming that's the majority of people, where Illumina is concerned.

yes she's cool. No she cant be in MOTUC unless there's some buyout or something. She never actually existed?

Then as awesome looking as she is, and as legit as MVC is and was to me, it's ultimately nothing more than a "fan creation" since it doesnt exist in any published form.

Sadly it cant be in the "create a character" contest.

I'm not saying dont make it, I'm just pretty sure this character is in no way availible.

I'm pretty sure Val and Emiliano have said (multiple times) she is in every way available should Mattel choose to use her.

Yes, absolutely, she's 100% available, there is nothing legally preventing Mattel from making her.

I hate it when people say she's just a fan creation. She appeared in an advertisement in an official MOTU comic. Her creators were on the verge of using her in the Volume 3 story that they had plotted out and ready to go, until Mattel's ridiculous restrictions forced them to abandon it.

She's just as official as any of the unused concept characters Mattel have made for MOTUC, such as Gygor & Demo-Man.

Love her design. Her weapon is awesome and would love her cat as well, even as a repaint. Thats my 2 cents.

now that we have the Mighty Spector who had the fan support of 1 i think we really need to bump up the call for Illumina she's 100X better then Mighty Spector can ever hope to be...and thats coming from a fan who likes Mighty Spector....i'm in the minority on a fig yet again! lol
