    MOTUC Tiger-Man

In the totally coincidental spirit of the Chinese New Year, I present:
    Tiger-Man: Galaxy Warrior

At first I didn't have any arm or leg stripes like the original figure, but after a while he looked too much like Beastman. The head is just a bit big for the hairy buck, but that's fine with me the tiger as head on the original figure was also a bit big. I like to keep a bit of the wonkyness that made those figures so neat.

    Recipe:
Head: Stan Winston Sabyr, MOTUC Beastman, Apoxie Sculpt
    Body: MOTUC Beastman
    Wrists: Vintage Galaxy Warrior
    Boots: DCSH Doomsday, Apoxie Sculpt
Armor: Vintage Galaxy Warrior, 200x He-Man
    Shield: Vintage Galaxy Warrior
    Sword: NECA Grizzlor

The two cats (If I only had a Battle Cat, he'd be in the pic too)

And as a Special Bonus, Here's a quick change to Trapjaw. I always thought of him as being pirate-like and loved to display him with his hook, but the MOTUC was so small I swapped it with his more impressive 200X one.

OMG I want a Tiger-Man! That is awesome! I don't know what it is about him, but the simple Tiger humanoid is just appealing, I guess.

Oh, an awesome job on implimenting Trap-Jaw's hook from 200X! Would love to see the other two done as well.

    wow... flawless!!!
one could argue the head is a tad too big, but I think it suits the figure very well!!! Especially since the original Tiger Man had an enormous head!
Great job... makes me want to see an entire line of MOTUC style Galaxy Warriors.

The head is great - the original one is so ridiculously big, how could you not have something a bit oversized for the updated one as well? A proportionate head would just not be Tiger Man lol

The 200X hook on Trap Jaw works a treat too

    Holy Hannah!
Mike this is awesome. I really dig your Fuerza-T & Warrior Beast stuff.
Any chance of seeign a Tekno coming down the pipe now that Trappy is out? I've got one in the works but you are clearly the master in this area.

It's cool to see a MOTUC custom executed w/ a Realm of the Claw head.
I'm currently working on my own Cat headed custom from another 80s barbarian toy line using the Nakuru head from Realm. So good to see how a finished figure has the potential to look.

Again, awesome job on the figure and your photography really showcases your attention to detail.

You'll have to talk with Matty & Digital Drought about that one.

I started this guy right after I finished my Morc Rider, but for whatever reason, shelved him until recently. The Tiger head is heavily modified from the original. I cut a bunch off of it and reshaped much of the mouth to get the head as small as it is. Were I starting from scratch with all of my gained experience, I probably would have done more work to reduce his head just a bit more.
At this time, I'm not taking commissions or selling any of my customs. Sorry everyone, I'm just a tease.

FINALLY, a decent Tiger Man !!!

Such an incredible improvement compared to the ridiculous looking vintage one !

Sabyr's head is a very nice base for this figure !!!

Now, we need to find a better shield for him... the vintage one looks a bit off, in my opinion.

But this is a a FANTASTIC job ! Congratulations !
