'Bout time they started thinking about vehicles. If they can sell a Gygor they can sell a Battle Ram!

I would love to see any vintage vehicles introduced into the line. A full Battle Ram would rock, and I would not be against Sky Sleds being sold seperately afterward (or even beforehand, as long as the BR came with one as well for those who miss the first).
Not to sound like a creepy cheerleader for Uki, but it's nice to know there is at least one person on this forum who is extremely positive & friendly all the time. I don't think I could be that nice even if you paid me. If we ever give out awards for "forum member of the month", Uki gets my vote. -Mr. Shokoti

I think the key word in Toy Guru's quote was "SMALL" vehicles. Something along the lines of battlecat and the $30 price range. I would buy a stridor for $30 or a detailed skysled for $30.

I'd rather them use the money towards unique sculpts like Ram Man or Filmation rights.

Actually, my MOTUC He-Man doesn''t look that oversized on the classic RR. I'll take a photo at some point to show you

I've just changed my profile picture because we got Geldor in MOTUC!

I got to go for Battle Ram all the way.
If not... I would consider myself lucky if they released only the Sky Sled part.

I almost forgot about the Road Ripper!!! That would be very cool! My most wanted though, would be the Wind Raider!!!

How cool would it be to get Skeletor's Collector ship??!! I know, Filmation, but still........it is fun to dream!!

I agree with the sky sled being the first vehicle for the reasons already stated. But, I would propose the Wind Raider be held off as a larger 2-4 seater vehicle and be designed by the four horsemen so that the same base could be used for different vehicles. Wind Raider, Collector, NA Starship Eternia looking shuttle. my idea anyway.

An updated Wind Raider would be awesome or a Land Shark! Something at least just to see a vehicle in the MOTUC line would be nice.

And an excellent idea, at that. The main probelm with vehicles like that, aside from price point, would be lack of mold re-use (the dogma that dirves the line). Making a re-usable cockpit like that which you could then add pieces to for a specific vehicle seems a viable way to help deal with that problem.

I was thinking about this last night. Wind Raider might be a bit on the big side. Stridor would probably be considered a "beast" so he's a strong possibility. I think we have a stronger chance of getting a Sky sled or a Jet Sled.

They Sky Sled is more recognizable to me and would probably be easier to put in figures.

What constitutes a "small vehicle"? Hope the Landshark fits into that category!

If we're really speaking about SMALL vehicles, the only ones I see in the 80s line that would fit that description would be :

    - Jet Sled
    - Road Ripper
    - Laser Bolt

    Just my opinion...

The Sky Sled section of the Battle Ram seems like the best choice to me. It was just a single sculpted piece, around the same size as Battle Cat. Vehicles like Road Ripper and Jet Sled had moving parts, which will probably cost more to make.

Mechanical = vehicle for me. *shrugs*

Having never had the original, I'd love to see a Talon Fighter.

That said, Mattel would be foolish to do that unless there was a Castle Grayskull on the horizon. They'd never hear the end of it!

    This is truth!
Although, Point Dread was able to function as a Stand Alone Playset/Vehicle.

How can they consider making vehicles if the figures can't even sit right?

Small vehicles that I can think of and am excited for off the top of my head:

    Wind Raider
    Jet Sled
    Road Ripper
    Roton
    Laser Bolt
    Terror Tread

I hope these eventually lead to the release of the ultimate vehicle (in my book, at least): Talon Fighter! Which of course would come with Point Dread... bringing us our very first "playset" Here's hoping!
