We're on what...day three here? I still haven't gotten a response from them about importing a case. Anyone else want to try and email them to ask?

I'd get a bottle. Probably save it for the next hardship (Loss of job, loss of love, repoed car, etc.) but at least it would be a conversation piece!

Well, with you wanting one too, I guess it's ok for me to sell this liquor on the boards if I do get it.

I'm kind of losing hope that they'll email me back. It sucks, because I want them for my collection. Anyone have any contacts in India?

    You can't sell liquor here.
But you CAN sell a sealed collectible bottle, the contents of which are coincidental.
    *see eBay*

Works for me. I'll sell a bottle with light brown liquid, dark brown liquid, and clear liquid...if I ever get an email back from them.

This just occurred to me... this is in India right? Maybe they don't understand your email. Just a thought.

That's sooooooo cool. I want that to be real. I'd buy some. I could put it by the Skywalker Ranch Merlot.

WHOOPS: Guess it IS real! Awesomness! Gin and Rum as well!

Probably not long before they get a "cease and desist", but it's still cool.

That is only if Mattel can sue a foreign company in it's own land. In India, I dont think they recognize US trademarks and would probably just thumb their nose at them!

I would order some just for the kicks, but I live in Quebec and all alcohol importation has to go through the SAQ (Société des Alcools du Québec - government-run body that oversees all import and sales of alcohols in the province) first. And THAT is a pain.
