The previous answers were an April's Fools' prank.
Here are the real answers.

1. Heidi: Will the quarterly figures and Large scale beasts be shipped together with the monthly figure in the 2011 subscription, or will they be shipped separately?

Yes, anything that comes out the same month and is part of the subscription will be shipped together in 2011. Right now, it’s looking like we will include all of the quarterly figures and the large-scale beasts in the subscription along with the basic monthly figures in 2011 per fan requests.

2. Swift Wind: In WTFWTK 2.32 You gave mention to Swift Wind and with him there has been a lot of debate on how he will look. At this time can you comment on the color scheme for him? Will he be pink like the original toy or closer to Royal Swift Wind?

This will be up to the fans at SDCC 2010 to vote on at our fan panel!

3. MegaGearMax: Would Modulok or Multi-Bot be considered "large scale beasts" since they are centauric in nature? That they wouldn't be larger than the normal figures, but they take up far too much space for a normal MOTUC card?

Right now, we are looking at them both as standard figures, but that could change once we get around to them.

4. Tuukka: Battle Cat has resealable package and I think that's great thing. Is it going to be like this with all other large scale characters?

We have developed a “giant” package, a “cat” package and others like a “gorilla” package and they will all be the same basic type of package as Battle Cat just different sizes and shapes based on the toy. These boxes are not intentionally re-usable but if they work out that way all the better!

5. CarKrash: With the MOTUC vs DCUC two packs seemingly being a success, will you bring more of these 2 Packs to retail?

It is still a bit early to make this call, but if they do continue to sell well, we would love to keep this line going. It would be a great way to get some fan requested repaints out there such as mini comic colors and the like.

Nice set of answers there. I'm concerned about this Swift Wind vote though. Probably 98% of people will vote for him to be white. It would be nice to be a very light pink.

I guess that is good. I wanted the quarterly figs included in the sub but not so much the larger-scale figures. It still beats RSOD on release day though...

I'm more worried about the Modulok and Multibot considered as normal figs... Seems like the part swapping action might be extremely limited. Before anyone cites the: "No Action Features on MOTUC" remember that Trap Jaw has swappable parts. (and so does everyone else with multiple heads.) On the flipside that means that Two-Bad and Mantenna won't be considered "Large Beasts"

Swiftygate... White will win, but I feel bad for Pinku Swifty fans... (since they could use the "reinterpretation of the Original" clause to deny the pinku. or viceversa to deny the white if pinku wins.)

The sub... It sucks that there are no tiers on the sub. (I want to pick and choose my beasts and bonus figs. I don't need Secret Pop Star Hordak, Rasslin' Skeletor or Crossing Guard He-Man.) I still stand by my "don't believe that ALL IN means ALL IN". I sense that mattel will bring some new SKUs to the table in order to Coax fans into checking mattycollector.com more often.

Re Swift Wind I love both color choices, but I would prefer a white horse with the Filmation or Royal Swiftwind color scheme. But either way we are getting Swiftwind and that is fantastic news! Thanks Toyguru.

The only thing that sucks about the MOTUC/DCUC 2 packs is that if you're a DCUC fan, you'd be getting another character that you already have, with no color variations.

This statement pushes me further towards thinking that they are going to announce ownership of the Filmation characters at SDCC. The toon version of Swift Wind does not appear in the Style Guide, so the toy would have to look like regular toy Swift Wind, Crystal Swift Wind, or Royal Swift Wind.
Now, I know that I am pulling this out of the air and reading into the statement, but I bet they ask: "Do you want vintage toy-colors Swift Wind or cartoon Swift Wind??"

That would be so nice because he has never had a proper toon figure.

We've had white before. Here are the body colours for Swiftwinds:

1st version: Light pink version AND white version.
Crystal Swiftwind: Translucent pink
Royal Swiftwind: White

I actually own all the Swiftwinds except for the Royal Swiftwind "cotton candy" hair colour variant. I own the regular one. I can take pictures for comparison upon request!

I always thought the cartoon version of Swift Wind looked atrocious... orange mane and the multi-colored wings and the color of the bridle... everytime Swift Wind appeared in Filmation it was like an infant vomited up a pack of crayolas onto the tv screen... I'd rather they just redo the original classic toy (I'm not afraid of pink) because as a piece, it just looks right to me. I'm not opposed to Royal Swift Wind either, but I'd rather have the original first. Some of the choices Filmation made when it came to interpreting PoP just looked awful compared to the toys and Swifty's a prime example. But I won't be at Comic-Con... sooo...
