"Green" Trap Jaw in MOTUC

MYP Sorceress and Evil Lynn won't be quarterly figures, but blonde Teela or green Trap Jaw might be.

I think 200X-deco Evil-Lyn is doable.

Looking at Keldor, he has a new head, new cloak, new boots and a new accessory (the vial).

200X Evil-Lyn would be doable with a new molded outfit over the standard buck and an extra head, which I think would be about in the same level of it. Then again, BA He-Man and King Grayskull redeco had a lot less unique sculpting than Keldor, and Goddess had none, so I'll be damned if I know how it works.

I am totally with you on MYP Sorceress. No way they'll do her as a quartely.

Seriously though, Zodak and Goddess coming with one new weapon each may not even be a big deal, since they were ostensibly an experiment to see if a -monthly- repaint/redeco would work out. The quarterly figures would likely have a higher budget, no?

Now that the bonuses are included in the subscriptions, I have my doubts that the "limited sculpting" budget applies to them. They have a set number they have to produce that they're already guarenteed monies for, like the monthly figures.

This is my favorite Trap Jaw incarnation and I'm not alone, hope we see this variant make it in with a bunch of retooling a simple repaint stuck in the TRU 2 packs won't do it the justice it deserves, unless they do at least a leg swap giving him the he-man legs and boots as well as Tri-Klops left arm

Here are some suggestions for re-tooling based off the 'Menace of ...' mini-comic:

- re-sculpted head where the silver metal jaw is actually a metal-organic part of his face (as depicted in mini-comic), as opposed to the MOTUC Trap Jaw's lower jaw being attached to the helmet
- re-sculpted helmet with metal protusions where his ears would be
- re-sculpted belt with the Zalesia ramhead symbol replacing the skull and cross-bones

These would especially make sense if Mattel made the figure a new character (Ironjaw?).
