I'm such a fan, this is a great piece of news!

And yes, that Horde Prime design plumbed the depths of the mediocre. At least it's not canon. It's like seeing what Dr Claw was supposed to have looked like.

As for the transformation... Time to have robotos memory wiped! At least nobody listens to what Buzz-off says anyway.

I've always considered Masters Of The Universe one of, if not, my favorite franchises of all time. Having said that, when reading Busta Toons' blog or cereal:geek magazine, I feel like a total He-Man newbie. Not only am I always impressed with all of Busta's knowledge featured in his blog, it also makes me jealous of all the comics MOTU fans got in the UK that those living in He-Man's "country of origin" didn't.

    Enjoy!

Bizarre. But there's definitely some design kinship there with the 200X Sorceress.

You know what with Kobra Khan science background I figure that maybe how he ends up looking if he keeps hanging out with King Hsss. He messes up on one mission, Hsss eats his arm as punishment, and KK has to "Luke Skywalker" himself a new hand from some of the avalible junk in their hideout.

As for Clawful Mattel could claim that is another character all together and make us anew evil warrior. Now I need figues made of that Kobra Khan and Clawful made now they are too cool!!!

The UK comic decided to explain why there were two versions of Snake Mountain!
I read these 2 on your blog before, but they are 2 of my favorites.

While it is cool to see Panthor with a different design, I sure am happy they went with the Panthor we all know & love.

I sure hope the unlucky souls in America will get a chance to see these UK comics reprinted someday. I love that they really tried hard to make all of the various design & continuity differences work in one canon.

Yeah, I second that hope of UK comics getting reprinted in the US, I can't afford those ebay bidding wars the next time BustaToons sells his own stash

On the two Snake Mountains, why would the larger one from the cartoon offer less protection, when the toy version doesn't even really look like a mountain!? Maybe if they had better guards over at SM He-Man or childeren (like on Three on A Dare) woudn't be able to just waltz on in. !

Did you know that in the early nineties DIC actually revealed what Doctor Claw looked like both in video game and action figure form? - I was very disappointed...

I still say that one of the best things about being a fan of He-Man and She-Ra is that there's ALWAYS something new to discover...even from the eighties toyline/cartoon - About a month ago I discovered that at the end of "Dawn of Dragoon" they had planned to let Dragoon "die", rather than have He-Man save him...just another one of those things...

I think it's safe to say that many UK fans took Horde Prime's look with a pinch of salt...at least I hope that's the case...

That's cool, sir - At the end of the actual episode the flashback returns to the present day...whereas oddly, in this original storyboard, it stays within the flashback...

It's one of those synopses that we all KNOW would've made for a great episode - It's just a shame that it never happened...

Actually, if you check out "The Curse of the Spellstone" you'll see in two shots Skeletor wields a Sword of Power clone...

Don't get me wrong, there were a few stories that we could all live without, but more than often the UK stories were very original...

On the two Snake Mountains, why would the larger one from the cartoon offer less protection, when the toy version doesn't even really look like a mountain!? Maybe if they had better guards over at SM He-Man or childeren (like on Three on A Dare) woudn't be able to just waltz on in. !
Maybe someone could put scans up here on the org like they do with the mini-comics...
Here's what I am looking for:

If anyone's interested, I have issues 2-50 and a few extras up on ebay at the moment. See here for listings.

I was planning to scan them myself for the .org but have never got around to it.
