Just as the topic says: IF we were to get only 2 he-man/Skeletor variants PER ERA Who would they be? (Ignoring the already released BAHM and Keldor) Prince Adam does NOT count as a He-Man figure. I know I posted it down there but I'll copy&paste it here:
the reason I'm ignoring BAHM, Keldor and Adam is because they are: Already released (BAHM), or are coming in the next 2.5 months (Keldor and Prince Adam) Aside those 3 anyone else is fair game. (BA Skelly is unofficially confirmed. Until we don't see a BA Skelly toy he's fair game on this list)

My main want it Dragon Blaster Skeletor. I could see them really doing a great version of him. For the "mist" they can have a clear accessory with white highlights to clip on the dragon's mouth so it looks like it's spraying. Make the head of the dragon ball jointed too.

Beyond that, the only other variants I care to see are NA He-Man and Skeletor, Snake Armor He-Man and maybe Ice Armor from 200x. All other variants would just depend on how they look.

It's not right to ignore Battle Armor He-Man, since we will be getting Battle Armor Skeletor as well most likely, so I include them to even it out.
I don't really like the last 4 variants much anyway; Flying Fists He-Man, Terror Claws Skeletor, Laser Power He-Man & Laser Light Skeletor.
I guess the only one that's still remotely cool imo is Flying Fists He-Man out of those four.
I consider Prince Adam and Keldor to be the opposites like He-Man & Skeletor.

Agreed. If Prince Adam doesn't count as a He Man figure, then I don't believe Keldor should be grouped in as well.

I would hope to get a BA Skeletor and at least Dragon Blaster Skeletor (one of my favorite toys as a child). I could care less about the laser light versions. I mean, how many of us state side actually had one as a child? Zero.... Point. Zero.....

Actually didnt particularly like any of them.
Though if forced to choose;
The Battle sounds talking armour He-Man
for giggles, Disco Skeletor (not that I'd buy it but it's infamous ;P )

What should be done is a basic He-Man and Skeletor that is basically "nekkid" that came with/ was sold seperately armour sets. I dont need over 9000 varients when basically it's just them in different clothes. So make the armour removable, including the boots, bracers, ect, and sell 'em like the weapon packs. Those I'd buy.

Frankly the only reason I got BA He-man (excepting that he is/was my favourite varient) and will get BA Skeletor (excepting that I only ever had that skeletor back in the day) was to have them riding their respective mounts, so the "Primary" versions can stay standing with the rest of the lot. Always had the BA versions on the box art riding the cats.

OH and postscript, though the basic design of Snake armour He-Man was ok, I suppose, and the show was still good at that point, it ruined it in a way for me. I hated that snake armour for supersceding the typical "real" look of He-Man and the traditional transformation. Every time I see him needlessly extend those clasper claws things...ugh shudder. As a choice, cool. As the only thing he wears, lame.

I'd take anything that isn't NA, has Samurai in the title, or some sort of Smash/Spin Blade due to their rep for "kilin teh lien". It still pains me to look at the ones I have from the 200x days. When I see them, I see the entire section of them at my local stores in my mind. I don't want any Laser variants from the vintage line either. I never had them and they look like crap to me anyways.

200x had a lot of good variants and not so many bad ones. I'd probably buy the majority of them if done right.
