Is it too late to flock Carnivus?

I keep looking at the new pictures of Carnivus and then at Beast Man and cannot help but wonder if their colouring is too similar. The pics make Carnivus look quite majestic but I think he would look better with a light flocking (as per Panthor, not Moss Man's thick flocking).

Mattel were able to make late production change on the flocking for Moss Man. Is there enough time to apply the flocking fix to Carnivus if the fans demand it?

I wouln't give that much on the pictures, because they rarely do the "in hand" toy justice. Remember She-Ra's pics from Matty and the ones Patrick made in his thread. Two worlds collide, if you ask me. Hell, even Optikk looked better.

I won't judge over paintjobs anymore until the final product arrived at my home.

Of course I could be wrong, but Carnivus looks much brighter to me than Beastman.

Even so, so what if he has the same color as Beastman? We don't require ever human in the line to have a different color skin than He-man.

Yeah. That is the other option (and a good one) ... if you don't like flocking.

i think both would be cool, it would be interesting to get more flockked characters, especially Carnivus, but i like him as he is also!

No flocking at all..on this figure. He's fine that way, only the cartoonish/disney-like head sculpt makes him a little strange.

I wouldn't mind one... but I know that will imply two variants... if they made it for Mossy's ears and it caused a riot, imagine flocking for the whole figure...

No more flocking for figures for me. But I wouldn't try to deny others what they want. So if a large number of people wanted a flocked Carnivus, I say do it on the second run of him.
