Folks have been asking for a fresh/updated thread, as the other one is getting long, so I took it upon myself to compile this list.
This isn't going to include characters that have already been announced or used, such as Swift Wind, Faceless One, Lieutenant Spector etc. Exceptions would be someone like Ceratus; a character name that has already been used in a bio, but still has the potential of getting a figure at some later point.
Notable means something along the lines of Arachna Spider-Warriors, to where the name/phrase has been used in a bio a long time ago, but is only recently appearing the trademarks database.

And weren't Mekaneck & Man-E-Faces, along with Clawful also copyrighted? I don't think that most recent thread was the most complete listing. I think there were previous threads that had other names. Dekker was also copyrighted earlier when his name appeared on MAA's bio.

So I guess there isn't much of a problem with the whole Fisto =/= Kit Fisto trademark anymore, huh. ('Cause I remember that being purported as a theory waaaaaaaaaaay back in the day and all)

Dekker has been mentioned in a bio, but he doesn't have a Mattel trademark filed for him in the database. Mekaneck's trademark is dead.
As for characters like Clawful and Man-E-Faces, there's some popular ones like them to where their trademarks have been active for years / never seem to go dead. They do fall under the "unused" category, but I'm not sure if most of you are just interested in seeing the ones that have ultra recent renewals. Do you guys want them included?

Good news for you, Mike : Optikk aside (2010), Slush Head is the ONLY other NA figure that was trademarked so far. So logically and hopefully, I guess he's a NA figure that should be released in 2011...Oh Slush Head when will I see Slush Head?

I should also point out that I'm not going to be including trademarked locations, UNLESS they haven't been used in a bio. For example, Sub-Ternia won't show up because we've already seen it in Whiplash's bio and chances are we won't be getting some sort of Sub-Ternia playset.
The point of this thread is to see who/what we have left and who/what is potentially possible...that also has an active trademark.

RUMOR: Rattlor was going to be the first snakeman revealed (Jan 2011)... I think that if the female buck IS being reinvented, that they needed an A-List boss (Catra for POP was rumored to be Feb, but Vikor, a He-man variant type figure, is Feb instead), so they removed Rattlor, and debuted King Hssss instead, killing two birds with one stone (boss and Snake Man intro). I also think Rattlor will be mentioned in King Hsss's bio.
Modulok & Multibot
I doubt that they would both come out in the same year. If Multibot is planned (more likely since he was TM'd a while ago), then Modulok will be mentioned in the bio, because Modulok MADE Multibot

A likely 2011 figure... he's not really appropriate for mention in anyone else's bio

you ALL know my thoughts on her... she was supposed to be shown at SDCC (just as Roboto was to be shown at NYCC, but was delayed... the delay was confirmed by TG sort of -- "we had a lot of problems with this one."). Let mattel deny it (not that they have)...

She's GOT to be 2011... she better not be the SDCC exclusive... but she might be... Green Filmation version and White MYP version... because they probably wouldn't be able to sell enough of the variant later on

I've heard rumors about Sy-Klone coming, but not in the way you'd expect... but that rumor was debunked, at least for now, since we didn't see him at SDCC... the timing for both of these TM's is weird... right at the kick-off of the MOTUC line? Neither of them have appeared in any bios... which leads me to wonder if TG's claim that they only planned this line for 6 figures at first was real?

Thanks for the update guys. Of those that have been TM'd, i believe we still have many great figures to be released. A few mentioned such as Rattlor, Modulok, Catra, Fisto (and believe it or not) Snout Spout leave me feeling optimistic for 2011.
