these lists are difficult to understand. It would make more sense to just list what is trademarked and lose what isn't.

Everything is listed. You just have to read it. The only thing that would make it even easier would be to highlight the word "Needed" maybe make it thicker or in a different color.

Whatever he's going to be called it better be good.
It's completely unnecessary to list anything other that what is trademarked. If it isn't there and we haven't gotten it yet, then by default that character is yet to be trademarked. It would make the list cleaner and direct to the point. Common sense can handle the rest.

They should name him Arm Strong if Strong Arm is taken. I don't like Strong Or. Battle Arm is cool too. Everyone else has battle armor and he has a battle arm!

Hasbro has a Stretch Armstrong movie in the works, so that name probably isn't available either.
I'll call him Strongarm no matter what his package says, but Strong-Or isn't terribly clever... something like Steelgrip has a better ring to it, IMO.
Ironic that the Nerf product for which the product has been trademarked has the color pattern of Strong-Arm himself (orange, blue, gray).

I updated the list so it makes a bit easier to read. In regards to your comment King Tamusk, i see your point about just putting up what is trademarked, but at the same time including what is needed, gives us fans what to look for when we are looking for trademarks, rather then having to go to the whats left thread, puts it all in one place. I hope this makes it a little easier.
As long as you aren't a MIB collector - that might annoy a few people, once you open him you can call him Strongarm or Battle Arm or Tangerine Labamba...

No, I know that SW literally bumped HP from the sub exclusive spot. That wasn't my point.
My point was that in Quarter one, even though the sub exclusive was POP / Filmation, we didn't lose a POP item from Quarter one.
A Want List of Sorts:

Horde Prime was supposed to be the sub exclusive? Well, that would have been IDEAL. Then everyone who wanted a Weaver could have gotten one...
The problem with that is, what is "needed" is subjective. Every person here has a different opinion of what they need/want and you can't list them all. As it was, your list didn't have several characters that I know I wanted, like Melaktha, Delora, Melog, etc. So it's best to just keep it to what is trademarked. If people don't see their character then it automatically is needed and they don't need to look any further.
