My billing wasn't going through it would load for a few minutes then show an error. But thankfully It finally went through.
Ugh. It was awful. I was stuck on the refresh for like 11 minutes, then got in, then 5 minutes...then I got a weird error because it logged me out...so I had to start over again.
Then my order went through perfectly (a little slow).
I decided to do a second order because I wasn't sure if I wanted a 2nd Mo-Larr and Starro set, but went for it and it went through fine.
But, I almost got sick for my first order because the WSOD was so bad...and then the errors!

I've missed out on all non-sub figs since Battle Cat!!!!
At one point I got to the point where I was at the last page confirming my billing info, I hit submit order, and I've been WSODing ever since. I have other windows open also stuck in WSOD.
Additionally, there were a few occasions where I am 99% sure that I got through to Matty's page but then the browser STILL automatically refreshed (like on the WSOD, only I wasn't on the WSOD when it happened), and then it threw me BACK INTO THE WSOD! What the hell?

Ok, well, I was actually at a point to place the order...and I was putting in my information and it kept refreshing so that I couldn't put it in because I couldn't get it typed in fast enough... Finally I did a copy paste of my information and did it that way. After constantly bouncing in and out of the WSOD...I eventually did get the order placed.
Ridiculous.
This certainly isn't getting better...even though stock isn't moving. It's because it CAN'T move.
I've missed out on figures in the past...but this was worse than that even though I got the figures. Something isn't working correctly because even after I ordered, I went in again and it said that Orko was "Coming Soon" (This was at 12:18).
Oh it happened. I finally made it on to Matty's site only to have that page refresh every 5 seconds too. It was impossible to log in or update my cart. I had to type my e-mail on word and copy and paste it into the slot to beat the refresh......what's going on??Originally Posted by Dynamo of Eternia

Added two orkos to my cart, and then the page just kept refreshing over and over and over and over ...(the page when you click on orko, and it says add qty, with his bio etc......not the wsod).
......got my orkos BTW.....

I am still on the WSOD I input my ccv info and hit submit order wsod ever since still dont have confirmation from matty. I just checked my cc and looks like I have a pending charge though. Fingers crossed.

What a Mess!!!! I logged into my account 15 minutes before sale time. I was on the WSOD for 20 minutes. I got on the site, but it showed everything as "Coming Soon". The wierd part is the product "Coming Soon" pages kept on refreshing like the WSOD. I'm back on the WSOD for another 15 minutes now. Everything has to be sold out by now.

if you are still on the wsod i'd suggest a refresh. seems there are a million orkos, so dont' kick the cat (yet)
totally forgot (cant beleive I did) until a few minutes ago and thought i wouldve totally missed them but still checked them and a few WSOD minutes later here im with my order and my orko and mo-larr..great experience
I'm at the beach ordering from my lap top still stuck on the WSOD for about 30 mins now.....this keeps up my attitude is going to be sour for the rest of my trip!!

This has been nothing but a nightmare.
I loaded the site up about 5 minutes before sale, b/c I know that the WSOD comes early.
Then after 15 minutes of WSOD. I decide to just open another browser and refresh (like your not suppose to) The site pops up, but then even at 11:20 still shows "coming soon" for Orko and Mo-Larr.
Finally get them to show add to cart, and then it fails on my credit card b/c it defaulted to my other address, not the one I use every month!
Now I'm stuck yet again waiting to get through the order submit button.
These are the type of frustrations that make me just want to pack it up and forget this line even exists.
Seriously, who makes Orko a con exclusive!

I finally got through the WSOD at 10:07. And Orko still said "Coming Soon!" That's just silly. It might have just been my cached version reloading because on the next refresh he was in stock.
After a few more minutes of the WSOD, it all worked out and my order went through.
It's 12:25 and I have gotten off of the WSOD twice. Both times it still said "coming soon" on the bundle page, then just went back to the WSOD when I clicked anywhere. So people are actually able to order?
