Got through the back door addy and was able to click on the individual items (going to the bundle screen brought back the WSOD). Checked out and got confirmation by email.

Almost going to say I've never seen it worse, but with Matty, it's hard to compare the levels of utter failure after a while.

40 min and still refreshing after going on sale late.

    EDIT______________________

Just got to the submit order page, about to hit submit and started refreshing again, what a joke.

Only with TJ and Battle cat I've experienced something worst...luckily I was able to get Orko and Mo larr anyway...

Tried for 21 minutes, but I got mine. I had the WSOD for a while, then I added everything to the cart and clicked login, then the WSOD, then finally it went through. I had two computers open, each with two browsers. I never saw the 'Coming Soon' issues that some people saw.

All in all, not too bad. Definitely not as bad as the "Battle Cat incident"...

I've put in the credit card security number and it sits there thinking for ages until it brings be back to the order submit screen with this at the top.
No clue. Hope that error goes away though.

Strangest experience I've had. Found the line back in January, and had some issues/missed some figures. This time though, I had my wife try to order as a backup, since I really wanted Orko. First the WSOD for 10 minutes, then "Coming Soon," then more WSOD, then, when I finally got to the Add To Cart page, it kept refreshing. Managed to get everything in, and more WSOD. Finally got to the order screen, and it'd logged me out. I couldn't log in though, because the damn screen kept refreshing before I could get my full email and password typed. Finally, the wife called and said that she'd been successful, so I closed my screen. Well, I just got a confirmation email, despite the fact that I NEVER COMPLETED THE ORDER! I confirmed that this is not the order my wife placed. Looks like I've got two sets coming. Maybe I can trade for something I missed....

Tried logging in about 5 mins before sale time and all I got was the WSOD for 20 MINS!.

When I finally got to Orko (by the way I only wanted 1 Orko) at around 12:20 it still said "Coming Soon".

After 5 more mins of refreshing I finally got "Add to Cart".

WSOD for about 1 min to get to "Confirming the Order".

It went smoothly from that page, seconds to finish, but this has to be the most brutal experience EVER with Mattycollector!

I finally got my order through at 9:37. This was the worst Mattycollector experience ever! (Of the ones where I competed the order before the fig sold out).

Does anyone else find it fishy that orders are going through this late? I mean my Orko still said "Coming soon" at 9:20, clearly a glitch or mistake or something. What are the chances that he sold out, but the site is glitching and letting people still place orders?

Got all the way to the processing order screen and then all of a sudden it said I was logged out and had nothing in my cart.....aaaaaaaaahhhhhhh...........this is almost comical at how bad it is.

Wow if their goal is to push people into subs by this mess then i think they will fail. if anything this is turning me off from the line completely.

I have no idea if my orders got through. im either going to end up with 3 or 4 orkos or none. Good job Mattel and DR. You have successfully gotten a unanimous "you suck" rating from collectors.

I was camping out the site since about 11.45 with some of the other chat regulars. It started sending us into WSOD as early as 11.55, never a good sign. Then when I managed to battle through that, I found I had to log back in, as somehow I'd been logged out by Matty shenangigans somewhere during the Whiteout. And THEN the checkout chugged along for 10 minutes before giving me an error and bugging.

However, there seems to be a LOT of Orkos, and I still managed to get one. Confirmation email was also exceedingly slow.

He's still up as I write this, so is Mo-larr!

Ugh.... I think I almost threw up from the madness that was the WSOFD. But I managed to get it through even with a cc server error. Whew!
    Mattel I demand the following:
    MOTUC:
Spinwit,Fisto(THANK YOU) Spinnerella Lord Dactys, The Scientists
DCUC: Shining Knight, Saint Walker, Amethyst

Probably my most hairy experience on Matty. Like many of you, I got stuck on WSOD on the billing info for like 20 minutes...

I'm in the same boat; I don't know what it means. I reached the checkout screen after 24 mins and put in my cc info but then while processing the server froze. I tried to hit submit again but then this msg appeared... now I'm back to the WSOD...

I had about 1 minute of WSOD for Orkos and 5-6 minutes for Mo-Larr -pack, but otherwise very easy Matty-Day for me.

Strange thing was that I had signed in few minutes before sale started and when I put my Orkos in the cart, page had signed me out, so I had to sign back in.

I got a bit scared for a second. I too only wanted an Orko. I got on the screen 5 times and it still had the "Coming Soon" after 15 minutes after 12. I finally got through and my order went quickly after that.

Matty really got to get a handle on this.

Oh it happened. I finally made it on to Matty's site only to have that page refresh every 5 seconds too. It was impossible to log in or update my cart. I had to type my e-mail on word and copy and paste it into the slot to beat the refresh......what's going on??

Didn't do it on another computer and was able to get two Orko's.

Wow. It seems everyone had a different experience.

For my day, experienced WSOD from 1.58 am (Australian eastern time) to 2.11 am ...

Requested 2xMoLarr and 2xOrko and hit submit - Returned to the bundle page ...

My 4 figures were noted in the shopping trolley icon at top of screen so hit Checkout button - returned to bundle page ... repeat by about 5-8 times

Then tried to move to the MOTUC shopping page - sent to Matty home page - which happened the next 5 times I tried to click out irrespective of what page I wanted to go to ...

Then at 2.28 am the checkout button actually worked and I had to log in again and formaly submit my order.

I'm so relieved now but what a nerve wracking experience.

I bet Matty gets a hell of a lot more All-In sub orders after this mess today.
