This has been fine for me, I'm baffled. Just got my e-mail confirmations as well.

I've got a screen shot of the page where I submitted my credit card info and I had two Mo-Larr's and two Orkos in my cart. Due to the massive flux of information, it overloaded my modem. If I don't get what I ordered, I'm contacting every person in authority at DR and Mattel that I can get contact information for and giving them a print out of this screen. My order was placed and their servers screwed it up...

Nevermind, I was just able to log in past the WSOD and I've got an order number that's in process. I've got more proof on this transaction being complete with that registered on their website. For the most part, I'm satisfied.

Still, that's messed up that my IE page was loading to completion and then it just killed my browser and my modem while transferring my order information to DR. Matty needs to mark their calendar when this contract with DR ends and set that as a deadline to get someone else to provide them coverage on their website. Was I the only IE user that noticed the change in the icon on the tab when it went to the WSOD? It was the MattyCollector crown and then went to the Digital River waves logo. I kinda find that a tad weird.

I think he's still available at least in part because the site was so bogged down with traffic that very few people were getting through to complete their orders.

Also, when I was getting through, some windows were still showing "coming soon" well past the time that the figures should have become available.

I did ultimately get my order through, but it was not easy.

It took me 20 minutes to get Orko/Adam. I personally didn't come across any issues other than the wait.

ARRRGH - 12:51 now cant check out... Now it says I dont have money in my account... $38.79 is now being held on my debi card - yet I have no emails from Matty... Did I get him or not? This is ridiculous...

My mother is trying to get Orko to and can't type her card info in. It wont let her type.

I got back on the order checkout page. I still can't type in my user name before the page refreshes. I only want one Orko, but 3 are in the cart. At this point I don't care. I am frustrated that it keeps refreshing!!!!!!

This is the first time I thought I wasn't going to be able to buy anything on a sale day. Both computers WSOD for 53 minutes and counting. I was actually able to order using my iPhone after about 40 minutes.

I hate the transaction time especially when using credit card information and money. I'm very careful with my money and worried something could happen during that time.

52 minutes later and I finally have my order confirmation. Sheeesh, that was an exciting ride to say the least. My browser just kept refreshing every 5 seconds on every screen...I had to really fly fast in order to navigate to the next screen....almost impossible, but I somehow did it.

Even after all this....I refuse to get an All-In sub for next year. I'll get my figures from BBTS or eBay if I must.

You got that to? Where after you got past the WSOD, it still kept automatically refreshing every 5 seconds, possibly throwing you back into the WSOD as a result if you weren't fast enough?

    I don't know if it's because I have Internet Explorer 8, but I had 2 problems:

    1) Even though we're not supposed to, I kept hitting "refresh", but it would actually refresh. It kept with the countdown

    2) Tryying to get 2 Orkos & 2 Mo-Larrs in my cart before the screen refreshed them back to 0 was like a nerve racking video game. I heard something similar to those who tried to get Count Marzo(I have a subscription), but that has got to be a flaw in Matty/Digital River's system.

I can't complain though. I didn't get logged onto Matty's site until 15 minutes after everything went on sale and I was still able to order my 4 figures & receive my email confirmation.

My experience was unpleasent but at least it worked.

Wow, still not sold out at 12:54ish.

I had three people on for Orko today (2 I was in phone contact with), and everyone but me got through around 12:25. My screen JUST went to the order page, and I can still get Orko. I'm glad theres a bunch of them, but what a disaster!

It was so horrific it's almost laughable. Each time I tried to enter my e-mail and password the screen would refresh and I'd have to start over again.

I gave up after 50 minutes and ordered the darn thing on ebay.

Well I think I got through. Now the only question is did I accidentally order two? Can't believe it pretty much took over an hour of waiting.

I don't know what to do! The checkout page keeps refreshing before I can put in my user id. Anyone else having this issue? Will it ever stop refreshing long enough for me to login?

I used three different browsers: Explorer, Safari, Firefox. Explorer would keep sending me to the refresh page every link I clicked on and when I got to checking out my cart was empty somehow. After Explorer was stuck I copied the url and pasted it in safari and got in instantly. I checked out with no problems and Orko and Adam should be on their way, It took me over an hour to get in. I don't know why explorer refreshes when you log in, or check out but it seems to do it a lot. I think I'll stick with Safari from now on. I can't comment on Firefox because I never got that far with it.

I think these weird new issues have something to do with whatever changes they made when they changed the refresh screen with the 5 second count down (I think more was changed than just the addition of the clock).
