Is Kobra Khan A Snake Man?

Considering the fact that most of the bios have been derived from the MYP cartoon's canon, this is probably a moot point. Just for the heck of it, do you consider Kobra Khan a Snake Man?

I find it hard to go against all history (not just MYP, but the mini-comics as well) that says he is a Snake Man, but in my imagination, he's always more loyal to Skeltor. So I voted distant relative.

Plus he's just cooler than the rest of the Snake Men.

I consider him a Snake Man, 80's be damned.

Serve your king, who does care for you (if you're a Snake Man) and if you're useful and become a general or go with Skeletor, who is certain to eventually screw you over, despite your usefulness as a spy.

    Khan's a Snake Man.

He's a part of Skeletor's crew and not King Hsss's group to me...

Distant relative. Snake Men were shoehorned in towards the end of the line. Khan was with Skeletor before that!

    He Is A Distant Relative!!!

The reason i voted this way is, I have always seen Kobra Khan as a "Snake Man" by birth...but that he is a loyal Evil Warrior of Skeletor.
I have many MOC MOTUC figures available for sale/trade here and SDCC exclusives for sale/trade here.

    I consider him as one...
He looks like one, He spits venom, so....
I think the storyline on the MYP series, suits him better than the old one.

I have him working for the Snake men as well. He is their scientist and "present day" advisor. Besides most of the Snakemen are either magic users or pure muscle. He is the only one besides King Hsss and General Rattlor who has a brain. I had him working for Skeletor only until the point when King Hsss show ups, then he betrays his former boss and goes with his own kind.

To me MYP had it right. He is a decendant of the Snakemen, but with the release of Hisss he joined their ranks.

He is a Snake man but I will always have him secretly loyal to Skeletor as in the old mini-comics.

    I voted yes.

    Why not?

I want him to be a part of the Snakemen family. Don't know why but I do.

Yep that's how I think of him. I always thought of him as crafty and untrustworthy. You never *really* know what side he's on, but ultimately he'd wind up stabbing his fellow Snake Men in the back.

I voted that he is a distant relative. For 200x he can be a snake man, but for MOTUC, I believe he is part of Skeletor's crew. If we get a Camo-Khan varient, I'll put him with the Snake Men.

Nope. He's originally a warrior of Skeletor. The mini comics states that he still works for Skeletor but just as a spy for him.

He's a descendant of the Snake Men, I say.
Not to sound like a creepy cheerleader for Uki, but it's nice to know there is at least one person on this forum who is extremely positive & friendly all the time. I don't think I could be that nice even if you paid me. If we ever give out awards for "forum member of the month", Uki gets my vote. -Mr. Shokoti

    He is and...he isn't.

He is technically a Snake Man, but for me he's with the Evil Warriors working for Skeletor and Webstor's tag team partner! Oh wait...that's Filmation. Good thing MOTUC is "an avatar for my imagination".

I've always viewed him as something of a mole in Skeletor's crew who is secretly reporting back to Hsss.
