Hey guys, this is my first time posting here but I've been customizing on the fwoosh for a few years now.
Snake Armor King Grayskull
This custom was really more about planning than anything else. Planning and expensive action figures. Not to worry though, the only figure I completely destroyed was Snake Armor He-man. I used Tri-klops as the base body so I could change him back into normal KGS if I want (which I doubt I will).
This is based on the first five minutes of the episode "Power of Grayskull" in it you see Grayskull battling the snake men in his version of the Snake Armor. KGS has no armored sleeve, armored leg or lower torso. I specifically tried to go for all of the specific differences of Grayskulls armor because when the 4H get to this they will more than likely do He-man's version.
Recipe:
Base body: Tri-klops
Head: King Grayskull
Shoulder Guard: weapons pak beatstman arm guard attached to Snake armor he-man shoulder guard
Arm guard: trap jaw
Everything Else: 200X Snake Armor He-man

Really nice use of parts! I'm guessing this is how the big man defended Eternia from the Snakemen before The Horde wasted them.
Do you plan on altering the paint scheme to make him more original?

quick queation about KG (not a crit or a nitpick just a curiousity) how come his emblem isn't in the middle of his chest like the cartoon pic? its to the side like the He-Man version.

Shame in the screencap the animators mis-coloured his armour part in flesh-tone. But you corrected it in the custom the way it's supposed to be.

The Zodak head is from a UFC figure Cheick Kongo. You totally got me on the symbol not being dead center. I put it off to the side like He-man because I wanted it to be as secure as possible. There was more flat surface area on the arm guard, for the glue to stick to, than there would have been if it had been placed more center.very cool! what head is the zodak from? funny as it looks a LOT like my friend's sister's boyfriend.

both look good, nice work job on the King.
I tried this a while back and frankly it didn't look very good. It's also a pain to get the head off of the body because KGS' head isn't designed to be removable like the others. i'm going to swap on the new KGS head and then take some pics. Thanks everyone for your comments!
