MOTU animation cels

Hi everybody! Does anyone here collect animation cels? Do you want to share here the pictures of your collection? I also have a question: usually on the cels we can find the numbers of the episodes (e.g. like MU01 for the 1st episode), but on some of my cels there's MU STK... does anyone know what does it stand for? Thanks!

I'm not a cel collector, but I'd imagine that MU STK is for stock animation that is used in multiple episodes.

Thanks Adora, I really like ALL of your cels! Are the backgrounds the original ones used with the cels, or did you choose the ones you thought that fit better?

Your cels are great too! Aren't they fun to collect?
Most of the backgrounds were the ones that came with the cels, I didn't get to pick them. Most likely they are not correct pairings. Some I switched around, for example, the one of the Sorceress with the purple sky background was originally paired with Teela accessing her wrist gun, and vice versa. I just switched them.

I do the same too! I switch the backgrounds, since the ones I have aren't the correct cartoon pairings. I try to find the best-looking combinations of colors. And you are right, collecting cels is very funny! Today I've bought 10 new cels; I can't wait for them to arrive. Since I'm from Italy, my only chance to get them is on ebay from the USA. Maybe for you that live there it's a bit easier.
By the way the ones you have that I like most are the one with He-Man and Battle Cat, the one with Skeletor and his staff and the one with She-Ra and Swiftwind!

i have over 10,000 cels and backgrounds , some of my cels and backgrounds were on the BCI DVD packs

Where did you find them? As I said before, my only way to buy cels is on ebay and I've never seen any like those!

How did you find so many GREAT cels? You must have spent a LOT of money...
Don't you have any nice cel to sell to a poor and unlucky fan like me that can't find good cels anywhere?

Yeah...
I hesitated too long...
I remember around 2000/2001 a lot of them popped up on ebay for cheap prices.
I thought I had time to collect them and I concentrated on the toyline.
Now it is too late...

Thanks! I recognize some of the episodes (and the Christmas special) too. The cels are really amazing. Have you got any cel with He-Man carrying Teela in "The Problem with Power" episode? I'd like to see one of those!
