Who thinks Cheif Carnivus should be killed off?

First of all i'd like to say that to the 5 Chief Carnivus fans, they are banned from this thread! .... Now. Whe have had deaths in the past, King Greyskull, He-Ro. Zodak's brother, how about we make it interesting and kill off a few modern characters? Something like Hordak becoming free from Despondos and going straight for his jailor, who could be Chief Carnivus. What do the objective members of this place think?

I completely disagree. Every fantasy story must have the heroic sacrifice. It is just part of fantasy. Besides, it is unrealistic if every character remained alive.

I personally think it would be more tragic though if either Randor or MAA was the one to die. If it was Randor, then you could have Adam having to learn how to be king and be He-Man at the same time, and maybe have Carnivus become acting king until Adam can come to terms with his fathers demise. If it was MAA that died, then we could have stories that lead Teela into a darker self, maybe even discovering her abilities to control sorcery and such.

Come to think of it, a goth Teela would be so gorgeous.

Seriously... He's not THAT bad of a character... Don't see any reason to kill him... And Hordak has enough blood on him. If anyone needs to claim a kill or two it'd be Skeletor.

The only characters that seem to have been killed off are characters who are far in the past. I'm not sure it makes much sense to kill of characters in the classics bio. If a comic or a movie were released, sure: It would be a part of the storytelling. On the bios however, I see little to no need. And besides, why Carnivus? If someone is killed off, it should be someone whose death has more of an impact on other characters. Is Carnivus explained as being particularly close to anyone?

I have first hand experience with this. Well, not me. But an old cat of mine. Tried to cough up furball. Choked. Collapsed. Only a kitty Heimlich Maneuver was able to save him. It happened 2 separate times.

I also have some experience... a few years ago my parent's cat had serious problems with a fur ball she was too young and was unable to gag and she almost choked. She was lucky enough to survive thanks to a bit of salt in her tongue (an old method to induce vomiting in cats)

I guess that Chief Carnivus could also be aided... $%&/"·$ (I need to think another way...)

I like the character. I like the figure too. No reason for him to be "killed off" for everyone else just because a few fans don't like him. He can be dead in their universe if that what they want. Same with any other figure that comes out.

Seriously though, I don't think he should die. Cats can be very vicious, they have very good "spidey sense"...if you will and awesome reflexes.
