That helmet we saw at SDCC is supposed to be his. So says Matty.
He does look good- shame about the flocking though. It's about the only thing that made him unique from being a plain Battle Cat repaint without the helmet...

It says March 2011. Says it's a newly sculpted head. I feel dumb because I don't see the difference.
He's pretty cool looking, but I would have preferred the flocking on him.

It looks like a straight repaint. No new anything.. except a beautiful paint job. I'm glad it's in March though.. as I was not looking forward to Vikor that month.. but this guy is necessary!

As the quarterly beast is the Shadowbeast for the first quarter.
The release list thus far for the Sub:

March: King Hsss, tons of accessories, Panthor!(Quarterly beast?) - Sub exclusive?
April: The Faceless One (?)

I have a subscription so I'm getting him either way, but I'm not a fan(and it has nothing to do with the flocking). The helmet that we saw before is awful looking(unless it's been "fixed" since it was revealed months ago) and, for a panther, the added fur to his cheeks looks off. Panthers' heads are different from tigers and don't have as much fur. While no animal or creature from Eternia is supposed to look exactly like ours on Earth, the past Panthors looked closer than this. I think the flocking took away from the strict repaint. Without it, this just looks like a purple tiger.

I don't see a lot of difference in the head, but I'm fine without flocking.
Did anyone else notice on the Matty picture that it says "Panthor - March 2011 Club Eternia Monthly Figure?" I thought that was King Hiss/Hsss ... am I missing something?
