Thanks Dan! I passed on the first weapons pack, but I think I have to get this one. I really want that (original) gold spear for King Randor.

For some reason I cannot get PD reviews to play on my computer at work, thus the reason for my question. Does he mention if the weapons are soft and rubbery or made of a stiffer material?

All of the weapons appear to be made exactly as the previous versions. There doesn't seem to be any that are too soft, with may tbe exception of the blade on the 200x Whiplash weapon and the Evil Lyn staff. But those even have the exact same pliability as the earlier versions.

Do you think that the third weapons pack will have Trawjaw's weapons, but in Roboto's colors?

    Cool stuff.

Between Trapjaw's original parts, the black Roboto parts, and the Spymonkey parts, TJ is loaded up!!

    Looks great,Cant wait.

but I agree, that 'Mattel inc' on the Roboto gun is awfully placed! looks like I will be using permanent pen to cover that!

Once again, great review Dan! So glad you showed Kronis holding the new Optikk weapons - that is exactly how I plan on using those items. I'm also going to try finding a use for the purple dagger/staff by giving them to the Goddess, as the colours are more suited to her. I'm also annoyed by the massive "Mattel" stamp on the black Roboto weapon, and I'll be covering that up as well, once I have the pack!

SCB said, that Trap Jaw parts from Roboto are solid..

Do they appear to be harder/stiffer? In what condition were they? Were they bended?

Agreed. It seems like a bit of a no-brainer, esp. since I don't have Optikk. lol.

Nice review Dan. I agree with you that Faker finally seems properly rounded out with these weapons.
Most of the pak is pretty awesome. I won't have any use for the Evil-Lyn or Mer-Man stuff...at least, not yet. I'm sure there are things down the road that they will be useful for.

At least it wasn't on every item like it was in the first pack--hopefully ToyGuru will stop by and fill us in on the story behind those markings, and why they have to be/are in the bold white.

    Nice review again Dan.
This weapons pack is definitely worth getting despite a few useless accessories. And Dan- you're favrite 2 things are mine too. I want it for the Sword of Protection and Roboto's Trap Jaw gear.

Excellent review, Dan!!! Very excited about this weapons pack. I'm so glad we finally have the green armor and perch for Zoar. I've always loved that version. I'm also diggin that Randor spear and the Faker weapons.

Great review. To be fair, they could have just sold me on cross sell Zoars perch and armour, so Trap-Jaw goodness, a two-tone Sword of Protection and some cool weapons for Kronis make it a must have, just hope I can get one!

This WP has a much better selection. The Roboto arm attachments looks great on TJ. Same with Randor's spear and the Sword of Protection!

    Great reviews there Dan!

So then the Trap Jaw weapons are rigid and not "chewing gum" plastic like Roboto´s weapons?

No, they are just as soft as Roboto's. None of mine are warped, but they are just as pliable at Roboto's. None of the weapons in this pak seem any different than the previous versions. They seem the same to me as far as durability/pliability goes...just different colors.

I'm betting the gold armor will look great on the blue Mer-Man coming out soon.. That's where mine is going.
