Good luck to everyone. I understand the frustration. I have never ordered it this quickly so I guess I was one of the lucky ones. Seems like empty rhetoric. Matty- lets tell everyone the ordering is different.

Naturally, I type that and it lets me in. Then puts me on WSOD when I try to get billing info. Typical. Ruddy typical.
Well, it took an HOUR, but I finally finished. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had buying ANYTHING.

Now Matty disappeared from the WSOD. It's still the same page, but blank where the snotty character is suppose to be.

i noticed THIS as the ONLY apparent change:
FIREFOX: it kept refreshing automatically no matter WHERE or WHEN. MEANING: even when the refresh cycle was over and the products page showed up, STILL it would refresh automatically!
how on earth am i supposed to add item quantity, much less any longer information, if the pages keep refreshing even when they are already LOADED?
CHROME: WSOD was present as usual, though i managed to process my order. Not a single different thing was in view.
INTERNET EXPLORER: STILL refreshing WSOD, never even SAW a peek of any loaded product page.

My first time buying from MATTY and it was an OK experience!

I'd expect a response like "we can't comment due to our contract with DR" or "logistically that's just not possible." You never know, they might change it up to "we can't comment on any figures past King Hssss for right now" just to throw us off.
That's weird.
THIS is supposed to be a better user experience?!? I'd complain, but I really don't think there's anything any of us could say that hadn't been said before. However, I think trained monkeys could process and distribute server traffic better than Matty and DR can.
Oy, for as much as people bash the Sub option, I'll be glad I won't have to go through this every time next year...28 minutes in after hitting Complete Order, and still waiting on Firefox fit things to process through...ugh.

your time post says 11:24 but you say 40 mins. You can't count it until it goes on sale at 11pm or else I have been waiting all morning. But it does feel like forever. Hang in there and keep fighting.
Coming up ona half hr of same old wsod bs now.
IF they upped the production numbers heavily and they're still available in a couple hours, I'll be happy. I'm sure, geniuses that they are, they realized the King Grayskull would be a high demand figure and they made plenty to go around since he was so difficult to obtain the first go-round.

Got onto Matty at 12:00 exactly. WSOD. Fifteen minutes later got to the order screen with one of my four open tabs. Ordered one of each MOTUC item, got to log-in screen, clicked log-in - WSOD! Still on WSOD 15 minutes later. Hoped to get a least one, looks like I may not get any. This is horse-****!
Best part is that when I went into WSOD second time, another tab had just opened onto the order screen, and it went WSOD at the exact same time. Not a coincidence, me thinks.
Only thing different than before that I noticed was the "your items are only guaranteed when you reach the Order Completed screen" thing ...
Is THAT supposed to be an improvement???
The only changes I noticed was the addition of an address book to the billing and shipping screen. Since I moved earlier this year, my shipping address is now different from my billing address. I tried to get that changed but you know how it is...I feel like I have to learn Hindi every time I've ever called DR. The addition of the address book was very helpful for me. Cut way down on time having to fill all that in. Don't know if it was there last month and I just missed it. Anyhow, that's the only difference I noticed outside the time it took to get in.

It's the same thing as refreshing manually...
The system sees your IP trying to access the site on multiple fronts.
I just had one tab open. waited 5 mins at first, 2 minutes for completing my order after!
Finally was able to enter my credit card's security code, but nothing in my email yet.
