Bow delayed, Vikor moved to January

This is just news. Not fantastic or bad, just news. She-ra fans will still get their guy and rabid fans will get theirs as well. One month is not that big a deal to me. Hopefully this means Bow will look awesome and have a perfect paint job.

P.S. any news on whether or not he comes with a sword of He?

Awesome way to start 2011. I am way more interested in Vikor than any other of the 2010 SDCC reveals.

I am still looking forward to Bow, I am looking forward to all the figures, but Vikor is that much cooler than all of them. Plus I am a sucker for new characters

I wish the bio would shed some more light on why Vikor has the chain on his wrist. It could be surmised that he was captured by the Fighting Foe Men but I doubt any other bio is going to complete Vikor's story

Does this mean that Vikor's not getting a Toyfare ad? I kinda think it's poor form that Bow got an ad, yet he's not even on the MattyCollector website. That must confuse potential new customers.

Looking at that shield, I'm pretty sure it's gonna hurt like **** if you stand on it. (I'm kinda scared to say that cos now Mattel may change it - hopefully it's too late)

While his axe looks cool (and it does) it seems very 200X/realistic (ala-Marzo's face) when compared to He-Man's axe. Don't get me wrong, I am very pro-200X. It's just something I noticed.

Regarding the bio, I am still not happy with the multiple He-Men angle. I like how they spelled out that he was a protector, but they don't need to call him a "He-Man". There's one He-Ro, one Grayskull, multiple protectors and one He-Man - that's how it should be noted.

I like both Vikor and Bow, so this is good by me. Although shoot, I guess this means I won't be getting an extra Bow when I get the royal guards two pack in January. Whatever, so be it. I hope they aren't changing Bow (apart from new boots).

While the packaging of the MOTUC figures have the Adult Collector label on them, there is no Age appropriate label on it. I wonder why Mattel didn't do this. There are toys out there like McFarlane that have the Age appropriate label and come with very sharp/pointy parts. It would definably be more fitting for a character like Vikor if the shield had a sharp spike instead of the blunt.

I think the bottom line is: it's better that the figures get pushed back, than to have them be rushed and risk getting sub-standard level of quality control because of it. I'm all for them making this decision; it was actually quite refreshing to hear!

He looks nice. Actually got my "heart" set on Bow (pun intended) but Vikor is good too.

Don't really matter since both are sub figs. Maybe they're changing Bow's boots!?
