I've got what I think is a porn spam account that has decided to start following me on Twitter. I don't want people who look at my profile to see their pictures. I don't want spam messages from it. Is there any way to remove things like this from your followers list? I've tried blocking the follower but it is still there like a bad penny.

Yeah, I had 3 start following me today.
Anyway, go to the person you want to delete's twitter page. At the top on the right is a small box with a gear on it. Click on that and report for spam. It will still show as following for a little while, but you're following count will go down and the picture will disappear later.

A window will open to you right side of the screen of that follower!
You will see a button with a gear cog on it. Click on it!
It will give you the options to Mention, Block, or Report for Spam. Click the option you want and they'll be removed from your account.
