I think we could get Baddhra's 200X head if it came with Baddhra, instead of Two-Bad himself. Tuvar's head might be the masked version.
Actually, for the Snake Men that the 4H didn't design in 200x (Rattlor, Tung Lashor, etc) I'd much prefer tastefully updated vintage designs.
As long as they're not goofy like Clawful and Leech, but WELL-updated like Fisto.
Provided they look cool, I'm really looking forward to a return to vintage on Tung Lashor in particular!
I want the 200x heads. I love the classic style figures, but the 200x heads were a big plus for me and a motivator to buy the subscriptions since the beginning.

All that to say...count me IN. I want Syclone, Clawful and would probably actually buy a Buzz-Off if he had a 200x head. Actually, any extra heads are a plus in my book.
Count me in. I avoided figures like Sy-Klone and Buzz-off because the heads were too goofy. I avoided Clawful at first too, but eventually got him and did a bit of customizing to make him passable.

Due to the acquisition of the Filmation rights, I wish TG would give up trying to sell more 200X variants and make a 200X head pack, since all of the Filmation and Jetlag characters (and variants) will take up even more slots. An occasional head pack would help, but TG has different priorities than the fans do. The fans want to get all the figures and be done with it the first time, but TG wants to continue selling us figures -- two goals that are at odds with each other.
I guess the thinking is that five $20 variants would make more money than a $25 head pack of 5 heads.
I didn't pass on Sy-Klone. I just thought it had the problem/mistake of looking too much like He-Man just like the vintage figure. However, I did pass on Buzz-Off and Clawful but I eventually picked up Buzz-Off with the intention of customizing his head. I had ZERO interest in acquiring a Classics Clawful until I found a suitable replacement head. Now he's one of my favorite Classics figures.

Love it. Snake MAA with the mustached head is soooo cool. I was perfectly happy with the regular MAA, but I love this one even more.
200x variants are the best! Snake Man-at-Arms is perfect proof that Classicized versions of MYP characters can, does and will work in MOTUC!
I'm so glad for SMAA's high tech make-over. Now I have a Great Unrest MAA and the upgraded Duncan, all we need now is the arm cannon!!
Passed on Clawful, Grizzlor and Sy-Klone (so far) they needed the 200x touch big time
Buzz-Off was my vintage fave, so I do like his look but would welcome a second head and would have bought two

I became a big fan of Sy-Klone because of how he was presented in the 200X cartoon. I was underwhelmed by the April 2010 Sy-Klone figure. Except for the Big Red Ring, he was entirely vintage. Since then, some fans have been wanting an alternate choice for a Sy-Klone figure. I know I have.
Now that two years have passed since his release, A Sy-Klone variant could take up one of the two quarterly variant slots that aren't He-Man and Skeletor variants. Like most variants, it doesn't have to come immediately, but hopefully it could get on the table as a possibility.
Here is what I propose. Take the same Sy-Klone figure and add/change:
• 200X Anwat Gar Helmet: if they are still banning outright 200X heads, then make Sy-Klone's vintage face wearing Sy-Klone's 200X helmet.
• Shoulder rings
• 200X lenticular sticker
• Smaller big red ring on his back: His ring was smaller in the animation.
• Legacy Stone accessory: the mystical artifacts that he was guarding
Possible other features:
• Maybe give him his darker 200X colors--he was colored like his vintage toy in MYP.
• Maybe a weapon, like a gun or sword

I'd like the more muted yellow, and some of those parts. If they ever did this, I'd hope they would all be removable to put on the vintage Sy-Klone for people to mix and match.
But as a straight 200x variant, somehow I'm doubting it will happen.
I would DFEINITELY buy a 200x inspired SyKlone! He was one of my favorite characters on the show.

I really like Syklone's 200X design and this vintage MOTUC immitation just doesn't stand out for me (well... besides the over the top bright yellow paint)
With all of the "he's too vintage" or "too boring" complaints leveled against the original Sy-Klone figure? I think there might be plenty of fans who'd replace the existing Sy-Klone with his 200X variant.

I hope this 200X thing gets turned around eventually. I still can't get over the fact that Mattel Management doesn't care about all of the Digital River problems and fans getting screwed out of their Fisto's, but these suits care about who gets made in Classics (see Illumina) or care about the designs of the figures and their hidden alternate heads in the packaging.
I think that's ass backwards.
