Would fans like it if ORKO freed someone?

If Mattel and company decided to retcon Orko back into comic relief (or maybe a spell went wrong), would fans like it if ORKO was the one who accidentally bungled and freed some major bad-ass (good or evil) from one of the Five Dimensions?

We can't get "Orko-wy goodness" like summoning a demon for a playmate or getting trapped inside of the Attack Trak in the bios, but maybe he can get his Filmation-like personality across by accidentally bringing Spikor to Eternia or something.

I think the obvious baddie that Orko could release is Evilseed. He already sort of did that in the MYP cartoon, so why not MOTUC?

Eh...not really. That's a little too "Jar Jar creating the Empire" for my tastes. I can see him releasing Panthor or a relatively unimportant character. But if he's responsible for a major baddie getting released it gives his character too much weight for me.

If that the case what about that demon from Filmation when Orko wanted just a friend, I don't remember his name ... Mattel can use the plot for someone else and if not we have Evilseed from MYP (I hope an MYP design, I have my doubts since I saw the Shadowbeast figure's head).

On another note, there seems to be a LOT of Orko-hate in this thread.
I'm curious to know how many of these people grew up with Filmation or not.

I will never understand the disdain for humor that he brings. He has sick potential. I know a lot of us who like Orko weren't thrilled with his bio, but if anything, at least it helped develop him a little.

This is all off topic, but it saddens me that people have such a negative reaction to a character I love.

A lot of them grew up with Filmation, but they either suppposedly always hated it, hated it once they grew up, or weren't afflicted with a debilitating disease of the mind called nostalgia(I guess you & I must suffer from it).

I understand the Negativity towards Orko, but I still like him, he's the Jar-Jar Binks of the MOTU world. Although Jar-Jar is a thousand times more annoying.

Also, I like the Evilseed idea, it just works in my opinion.
