Loo-Kee in MOTUC Discussion

I would love to get a lookee and kowl 2 pack!

I'm definitely looking forward to Loo-Kee!!

It wouldn't be a good selling point, but it would be pretty cool if he was hidden in a POP characters package and kept a secret. Imagine how cool it would be to open the package of someone like Flutterina and then realize Loo-Kee is the secret "accessory".

I could live without him.

Kowl, Raz....sure I'll take them any day but Loo-Kee is probably one of the last characters I would want absolutely last.

I've just never cared for the character and unlike Orko, Kowl, or even Raz IMO he adds nothing to the line.

Lo Kee is the worst of them all.. (I may be wrong, but...) I NEVER even SAW him in the story!! he was just a background thing that never even saw combat or moved plot... Even Orko and Snarf had their moments...

He's actually pretty important to me. My kids love spotting LooKee during the show and the couple episodes where he is featured are actually pretty good.

Would people be satisfied with a Cringer like limited articulation figure or would he need more than that? I'd like to see at least ball jointed shoulders and elboy articulation similar to orko and a ball jointed neck is absolutely neccesarry.

I agree this is how I want him shoulder, elbows, and head articulation. The episode Loo-Kee lends a Hand is one of my favorite he is actually told Adam and Adora's secret.

A pretty fun idea to be honest. I would just hope he gets the proper treatment if just a secret accessory.

He is a must have. I never list him as such in my POP must haves, but it's only because I imagine he'll be a pack in like Orko with someone else.

I think he'd look just tops in MOTUC, and I'm excited to get him when he comes. Of course I'll "lookee" him in my collection, just almost out of sight behind something or somewhere.

It would be great to see him in a PoP little guy 3 pack with:
- Imp
- Kowl
- Lookee

The three would easily fit into the standard MOTUC monthly slot packaging.

I would definitely love to have loo-kee. It's no surprise, hence my user name. I hope we get this little guy sooner than later.

It would be awesome to have him be a secret accessory, but I do want him to have a few points of articulation, head, neck, shoulders, elbows, legs, knees. I know that The Orko/Adam pack was $25, so I don't want Matty to include him as a secret accessory if that means jeopardizing points of articulation.

I'd like a cool Lookee figure in my MOTUC collection, and I'd like him to look just like in the cartoon. Add some nice articulations to him, and he'd be perfect !

Meh. Any MOTUC toy of him will have to be better than the original toy. However, his basic design means he'll at best be like a really nicely articulated and sculpted Smurf figure, which isn't so much what I'm interested in. But hey, it's something for everyone with this line!

I think the perfect way to distribute him would be as an additional sub exclusive. Send the regular sub exclusive at the announced time, but have Loo-Kee ship randomly. Every month, we'd have to "look" for him because we dont' know when he's coming.

If they did it randomly, no.

They'd ship at the same time for everyone. It would just be a random month, and Mattel would tell them when. It would be in their computer to do it. We just wouldn't see it, is all.

As I recall, his original toy was pretty close to the cartoon, but you're right in that he needs plenty of articulation to better help him hide in plain sight.

Lookee needs articulations for the head, arms, elbows, legs and (if possible) knees.

That's the minimum I expect from a MOTUC figure.

And YES, I think Lookee deserves to be done ! He appeared in a couple of POP shows, and was hidden in the landscape, then featured at the end of EVERY POP episode. So clearly, he must be released.

P.S. : very nice Lookee custom, Octavio ! You have great sculpting skills !

I want to see a two or three pack with Lookee and kowl, maybe imp added in there as well. Not a very exciting character but existed as a figure, so we should get him.
