I still don't quite get the meaning of this thread. Wonder Bread wasn't just some random product they decided to promote by producing Wun-Dar. He was based on the rumored Wonder Bread mail-away He-Man figure from the 80's. So why would we have characters based on either of those products? I do, however, remember both Bubble Yum and Nestle Quik having MOTU give-away sweepstakes in which you could win an entire MOTU collection. So maybe they could do figures based on those? (Just kidding! Please don't!)

Beer doesnt belong in green or clear bottles, that's probably why. I wouldn't know, I never really messed with Heineken. Beer belongs in brown bottles.

I won that bubble yum contest. sort of.

I was at Soccer practice and my friend Sean was chewing gum. He comes over and says something like, "you're the dork who loves he-man so you should have this."

It was the white "You Win!!" wrapper.

Now I already had all the motu stuff. But you could win the POP collection TOO. I thought, "somehow I will send this in and get the POP toys" (I was NOT allowed by my mom to have them save for Double Trouble and Catra... My grandmother later got me the SB She-Ra / Crystal Swift Wind 2 pack for my birthday and I thought my mom was going to have a fit... But ingot to keep it).

Anyway, I gave the wrapper to my coach and we went back to practice.

I frigging FORGOT to get the wrapper back, so when I got home, I called my coach. he says, "oh noooo. I've already put those jeans in the wash."

Yeah.

So let's avoid the Bubble Yum nostalgia, ok?
