the new thundertank looks sweet!
Check out how the "ThunderLynx" feature works! It's a whole lot better than the chip technology they were using in the MOTU 200X!
This line is going to rock!

Sheesh guys, you act as if I make up malicious rumors. :P
In the interview, the rep from Bandai specifically says the 8" "Classic" Thundercats figures will be released two per year. So Lion-O and Tygra for 2011, 2 more for 2012 etc.
You guys are crazy jumpy.![]()
lord...I'm gonna go broke with this line
like I said before, collectors 6in, classics 8in, vehicles and playset are the only ones I'm getting
Well considering the 1st ones will be out in November I expect them to up it to 4 per year in 2012. Right now they have to go with the lowest possible they can sell because it's s retailer summit. But if Power Rangers are any indication it will take a miracle to keep them at just 2 figs per year
My issue is more with the people or the popular belief that we have to wait and see how sales go ala Mattel. Bandai works more like Hasbro where they make product and find a place to sell it instead of letting retail dictate what gets made
Owner Fantastic Plastic Toys. Authorized Integrity Toys Dealer. We ship international. We carry Monster High, Realm of the Underworld, & much more!
Come to the 3rd Power-Con 9/14 & 9/15 in CA!! I will have an exclusive figure from our Mystical Warriors of the Ring Toyline!

Grune though isn't part of the Mutants.![]()
Two per year is just too slow IMO. Let's face it, at 2 per year it'll take almost 6 years just to get all the major heroes. The odds of Bandai doing all the TC and the major bad guys is slim to none.
I was hoping for at least all the Cats, Mutants, and Mum-Ra.
I'd kill for some Lunataks too but I'm not getting my hopes up yet.
THANK GOD!!![]()

i was thinking of picking up the classic line of figs and just might if they only do a few a year depending on price point and the look of them?

Here a couple of pics of the crosssell part of the new figures' cardbacks. There are artist renderings of WilyKit, WilyKat, and Slithe. Slithe looks much more like himself, adding additional confirmation to what others have alraedy stated with that other figure just being one of his henchmen or whatever.

I dunno about kit and cat, but slythe and mumm-ra thankfully where not changed much and are gonna look cool animated. Super long fingers on slythe look a bit weird though.
Kit and Kat...anyone think they look 4 or 5? much younger than their first incarnations..

I think they are trying to prevent hotlinking. Try this:

I have to admit that I'm warming up to almost every new design. Those 6" figures look really nice, too!
Slithe is looking very nice. Can't wait to see a figure of him.
