Walmart is restocking but they need to move the earlier waves first before the shipments come from the warehouse. They have received the next waves of everything but since the sales of the 6" line were screwed by the change in the classics I am not sure how much they ordered.

I got word about 30min ago from my distributor in Florida BBCW that their orders from Bandai have arrived and I should have my cases of Tygra within the week That will make plenty of my customers very happy. I have not decided if I want to reorder, at 2 Tygra's per case it leaves a whole lot of Lion-O and Cheetara that you can't give away now

Hopefully that means the ones who ordered from BBTS should be hearing from them soon since BBTS, Entertainment Earth, Toynk, and BBCW get their shipments all around the same time

LOL! Its a shame kids in third world countries couldnt get nurishment off unwanted toys lol. Lion-O and Cheetara are ultra peg warming these days. I called Entertainment Earth today, and they are pretty sure they will still be able to fufill the old Tygra pre-orders unless Bandai pulls em. Here's hoping I get mine!! If not im gunna bury myself in a casket inside a giant skull and take my rage out on all thundercat fans.

I haven't seen Tygra, not sure I will get him or not. We still have I think four Cheetara's.

Yeah that price point won't move anything. I think you will see Thundertanks move when its around $15 and figures move when they come down to around $4. Then again selling the 4" was never a problem if you had newer figures available instead of Lion-O, Tygra and Mummy Mumm-Ra

I got notice from my distributor that my Tygra cases will arrive at my door on Friday, I can't wait to see him in person

Yeah, I just had to start a business to get access to them...way to go Bandai

I will see how they are when I get them, I may order some more cases and make them available to orgers if they are still in stock in a week or so

A few people posted the other day on 2 sites that they got word that bandai didnt work out a deal past wave 2 and that the lines rights with bandai will expire after all wave 2 crap is finished being pushed. I was really hoping it was all false and we'd get a reboot. Guess not. Hasbro or playmates would be great for the new stuff, classics for playmates for sure, their turtles look fantastic.

But companies arent stupid, no ones gunna touch thundercats cause people dont know how to market it other than mattel with their terrible site. Like 200x lion-o and mumm-ra by the truck load killed it.

Can someone else make the toys? Imagine if Mattel got the license to do the toyline starting with season three? If the cartoon is doing better, why not let someone else give the toys a try?

The toon is doing AWESOME! The weird thing is though WB hasnt green lit a season 2! Now without a green light sometime...nowish, its gunna take forever to animate and do the voices, so that would be ... a year or more? WB and Bandai REALLY botched alot. There was a ton of money behind the original marketing..... hell we had a trailer for it before Harry Potter in theaters!! And then after the first episode did great, they were like "Aight cool... whatever happens happens!". Comedy gold!

I know what you mean. Imagine getting toys with big magnets in the back, unpainted joint pins, poor paint applications, one scale direction only to change early in the line to another scale, a crappy open mouthed face sculpt, sale restrictions to international collectors.... oh, wait

Pumyra, Lynx-O, Bengali, Monkian, Jackalman, JAGGA! I wanted those in the 4 inch scale still.

Well, it looks like I just need Panthro Fantastic, Powered up Lion-O and Slithe (and Mumm-Ra's Storm Charger). I may or may not buy the Thunder Racer attachments. I WILL pick up the two 6 inch Classic figures though. I guess Bandai should have only chose ONE scale for the new figures and did the Classics online like MOTUC.

Was there ever a case where a toyline with toyline-based media failed and some other toy company pickied it up?

Maybe WB can re-evaluate their stance on ThunderCats and make it not dependent on animation since the ratings are so good? The WB isn't some toy company.

It wouldn't surprise me if Bandai funds some of the costs for the show and if they toyline is failing, no way are they going to pay for any part of the show.

Those are the same one that I still need, plus Claudus. I was lucky enough to pick up a 6" Tygra at a toy show for $20.

Not to mention that the official release of the show and toys is still yet to come in August in my country.

Yeah there is no way WB is carrying the show alone otherwise the toyline would not matter.

Its like I said before, if the show continues its because WB is getting enough from advertising revenue to call the expense justified. They are continuing Young Justice solely because the ratings are high enough that it is good cross promotion for the license in all other areas.
