Very good mock-up, clean and well done, but isn't a secret that this isn't She-Ra TO ME!
The only good news at NOW is the fact that she will have a new hair sculpted and no more hole and I really hope for the same Adora's hairline!
As I already said, I will be happy for you all that want the toy style costume, believe me when I say I will be happy for you guys.... selfishly talking, she will have a new body and here I completely agree with Oulala, I want a better version of the styleguide She-Ra, if they give us both versions in one like Bcrduke said, so I will be more happy because everyone will have own ULTIMATE SHE-RA.
Until I don't see anything I just can say that I'm fearful exactly as I was before I see the first release.

I wonder what it will be aboutYou know, if they end up doing the first version of She-Ra from the toy line, I wonder if they'll come up with a new name for that figure, like Battle Armor She-Ra.
She could be called He-Ra, He-Ro's fellow cosmic worrior or something like that. I am only suggesting this if she is based on the classic toy and Mattel decide they want to give the design it's own identity. She also works fine as just another version of She-Ra. He-Ra was going to be She-Ra's original name so it might be nice to see that referenced. This She-Ra could be a She-Ra from the past like Wundar or Vikor. Either way I can't wait to get this figure.

I'm also daring to hope the the possible Filmation costume version will have the filligree inscribed in her belt to nod to the texture on the vintage figure's belt - much the same way Catra's belt has detail on it and Bow's collar has as well.

I bought TWO 2013 Subscription as support, because of the promise that showing support will ensure 2014 will include ALL the major POP and NA characters.
I'm thinking Battle Armour (like was mentioned) or a "side quest" kind of thing where she loses the power or something, so she adopts the other look and a sword whomever is the Man-At-Arms on Etheria makes her (like the techno sword thing for He-Man).

I don't understand! If she's got a new bio and TG compared her to BA He-Man then is this a She-Ra variant? (like Starburst She-Ra??) I thought it was just a She-Ra with a new body, not a variant.

I wouldn't mind it being Starburst She-Ra. The design on her chest looks like a Starbust. Maybe they'll have her with a new cape or something. After all you should be able to switch the capes with no problem. Just hope the sword isn't pink. I just wish they could tell us if she would have articulated wrists! That would be great to help display her with her sword aloft!

Thanks Toymaker, if they can give us swappable torsos with a sturdy peg attachment it will be awesome - especially for Mermista, I can't wait to see her in her mermaid form.

Of course she'll have a different bio. It's a brand new figure, why would they copy and paste the same bio instead of adding new story elements when they have the chance?
One day they're going to make a brand new He-Man with the Vikor ankles and other improvements, I assume they won't copy and paste the original bio on the package.
He brought up BA He-Man because it's still He-Man, but he got a new bio.
I just realised that Im getting all excited about 2.0 because of Yogopops Mock up, but Im setting my self up for a fall cos I doubt severely that she -2.0- will be as good!

The thing that would put She-Ra 2.0 over the top for me would be her detailed 200x boots.
If they are truly going to make this She-Ra 2.0 an actual variant as opposed to a re-do of the original She-Ra release, I'd want them to do it more off of the Bubble Power version than the Starburst version.
Yep that ankle monitor on her is always classy
