Same here. I don't understand why DR can't get this stuff right. I also love how I posted a legitimate concern about subscribers getting hit 3 days earlier with charges than we are supposed to over on the "Ask Matty" thread, and my question is completely disregarded. It would seem that item would be important enough to warrant a response.

Fact is, I've had nothing but problems with the sub this year. Last year, I had zero issues. This year, they've charged the wrong card (with the right one on file the whole time), cancelled my sub, sent my items via a shipping service I didn't sign up for, charged my account 3 days before they were supposed to, only to turn around put the money back in, but not ship my items before the day of sale. Keep in mind we are only three months into the year, so who knows what other kind of nonsense lies ahead.

DR's service has gotten exponentially WORSE than last year, with no word from Mattel on how these issues are being addressed (if at all). It's become crystal clear that Mattel could give a rip about the customer's experience. As long as these figures sell out and they don't have to shell out for a vendor that offers quality service, it seems like a case of too bad, so sad for us.

I've already decided that once this year is out, I'm done with the sub. After this year, I'll have all the beasts I want. The vehicles don't really interest me, and the variants I could pick and choose. I'll just pick up my figures from places like Big Bad Toy Store, since they know what good customer service is.

I got a Subscription Renewal email. What is this exactly?? Am I supposed to get another email saying my account was charged and that the figures are on the way? When do they generally charge accounts for the sub figures? The day they go on sale.....or before that?

I'd love to see more pics about the 2 great new figures. Sub figures never get to Australia until the end of the month, so the more the better.

I like my original Skeletor so much BA Skelly would never get displayed so I will be selling mine once I get him. Don't need more than one of each character on display. Can't wait for Hiss though!

Like I said in my first post, I didn't have the bubble wrapping. I'd read about it in the morning and was ready for the change, and it didn't happen...

I got 1 King Hsss and 1 BA Skeletor by subscription a few days ago, only able to open them up today. Very pleased with both figures, especially Hsss; the design and sculpt is fantastic. The only negative thing I can say about it concerns the snake form; the flexible rubber they used is quite sticky on my example. I can't imagine this will age well. However, I don't plan on displaying him in his snake form anyway, so it makes little difference to me.

I received my subscription figures today, and I am very pleased. I never cared for the Battle Armor figures as a kid, but for whatever reason, I'm REALLY digging BA Skeletor. And King Hiss has always been a favorite of mine.

wondering how tight Hssss' torso snaps and stays together. My son wants one to play with but I am worried it will fall apart too easily - like Pixel Dan showed in his review. Anyone open theirs yet?

My Hiss arrives tomorrow and I cannot wait. On the other hand, Skeletor arrives too and I can really care less about him. Unlike He-Man, this armor does not fit him at all.
