I think his body, especially the neck and shoulders, is not designed to appropriate the large head. Thus, the body (width) is too small!
I like him just as he is.
Not to sound like a creepy cheerleader for Uki, but it's nice to know there is at least one person on this forum who is extremely positive & friendly all the time. For a human ya his head is on the big side....as a horde monster with suction hands? I think it looks just fine. That being said the smaller 'mock' ups look ok too.

I can't really vote because I think his head is the correct size, i just think his mouth is too big. His mouth should be slightly smaller and hir brow area slightly bigger.

i don't know if it is too big or not. all that matters is if i can turn his head from side to side like everyone else.

not saying it's perfect, but it's size isnt an issue for me.
I think he looks great as is. Only thing I'd change is a second head with the vintage suction cup.

Actually that looks much better, now the body doesn't look so huge. But the Vintage toy had a unique sculpt, and I think they should have waited to do it for the Classics version, I for one could have waited for him, and could have seen another figure in his slot, maybe waiting they would have taken time to get the net right so it didn't crack all up.I hope mattel releases a headpack one day with his styleguide/filmation head:
