Love the shots of the mold. Thanks for posting! I am also anxious to see how the molds turn out! This is very cool!

Holding out for Castaspella, Angella, Double Trouble and Entrapta!!!
Is it going to be one piece or does it come apart in two pieces?
The size is scaring me more and more.. From a shipping perspective and a storage perspective..
There's no real logical way for it to come apart. Even if we somehow planned for it to have a break between the fortress and the moat it wouldn't hold it's own weight up it would most likely tip forward. So yeah. It's all one piece. Aside from the gun. Flag. Bridge and tower walls.
Honestly. ZERO. doesn't seem necessary at all. This thing is meant to sit flat against a wall on a shelf or table. If everyone had a huge room and planned to display this in the center of their floor that would be a different story. But the thing is so massive. It doesn't make any sense that someone would be moving it around. Spinning it to get to the backside. I just don't see it. I'd love to see someone take a crack at a custom back though. It's also double the work. The same amount of time and sculpting would need to be spent on the back. And a second mold would need to be made. Just seems like a waste. When we could be spending that time on our next piece...![]()

Just out of curiosity. How hard will the cast be? Could someone give it a nice place in the garden without worrying about the seasons?
I wouldn't advise this. The paint will not hold up to the elements. It's also hard to predict how water accumulating, freezing into ice and expanding could affect the resin cast.
There is a precedent for playsets of this size. Just look at the Terrordrome, USS Flagg, and Defiant in the GI Joe toyline. I trust you will know what to do with it when you see it in person

Okay, I just thought how cool it would be to have this as a garden ornament near a littke fish pond, throw a smoke maker in there, buxus as small trees..
That would have been a great outdoor miniature battleground![]()
