I think the only way there's an equivalent to Josh in MOTU is if you could find another obscure female character that you could make into a Master/Heroic Warrior.

I insist he includes a giant rope and a comic-accurate face sculpt consisting of vaguely suggested facial features or no face at all. Perhaps a bonus variant for one of these panel-specific face styles.

If nothing else, Scorpion (Yellow guy) would be prefered as a non-character over "Josh". They're equally pointless and obscure, but at least yellow guy can be a decent background shelf warrior.
