i think it would be cool to get a weapons pak with all NEW stuff like
a slip on 2000x loin cloth for Clawful
a black flower for Marzo
a new head for Buzz-off

and if it was only 1 or 2 heads in a pak of parts it would not be to "morbid" for mattel to do

it would be more then $12.00 but i know i would pay $20 or $30 if it had some cool stuff in it am i alone?

Nope you're not alone at all- if Mattel took the initiative and did this AND also offered enough new product I'd totally be willing to fork out $30.00. Like you said it would be entirely based on how many NEW pieces we get to the old ratio.

I'm totally down with this idea. Give us weapons paks with NEW TOOLED parts/accessories at a higher price. Yes the straight repaints are fun and worthwhile most of the time, but I think the Horsemen could make lots of AWESOME stuff if they were allowed to go wild with a Weapons Pak!

I want stuff from Filmation, mini comics, MYP, ANYTHING! Cool stuff too, not just weapons and armor but artifacts like the Diamond Ray of Disappearance or anything like that which appeared in some of the most memorable stories!

If $30 got us ALL NEW accessories and artifacts, then yes. But it would have to be a decent number of items, not like... four or six. It would have to be at least 8 items, and they wouldn't all have to be gigantic things either.
This would be an ideal way to get us Filmation accessories and artifacts too... Diamond Ray Of Disappearance? Staff of Avion? That sort of stuff. But I wouldn't drop that much on repaints of pre-existing items, no way no how.

There needs to be a bang for your buck feeling about it... There has to be plenty of new stuff combined with some Old repainted stuff as filler. something like a 2:1 ratio of old vs new... like a total of 30 items with 10 of those being new.

I would pay whatever for basically whatever. I dont use much of any of the weapons packs, but they are cool and there's always at least a couple of things I'll use.

I will say that I in no way want any heads in a weapons pack. Obvious reason is obvious.
I would add that I would accept a heads pack, but since that is not (and is consistantly said to be not in the future) in the cards, it is a moot point to discuss. But go ahead and do so.
I do not need 200x heads the likes of which are being requested the most. Buzz Off? Nope. Bad idea. Reason it wasnt done. Roboto? Clawful? Not unique enough to waste money on making. Bad idea.

Now 200x style "loincloths"? That's cool. i wouldnt use them, I am not using any 200x type Fisto stuff (probably, though I like the head, in as much as I like 'stache and non'stache Man-At-Arms, which is to say not pointless 200x addition for Fisto. And the sword is going to actual 2oox Battle Fist) but at least the choice would be there.

But new or old, weapons pack is cool. Would pay what they thought fair for what was included. But keep it weapons, or things like items such as magic stones, or bases for books or orbs, (heheh).

If a Weapons Pak included the standard array of repaints and a few new items -- I'd be willing to pay 20 dollars for it. But 30 dollars is too much for a Weapons Pak, regardless of how many items are new tools.

$30 is pushing it, but I might consider it depending on if there are at least some newly sculpted weapons included, if the weapons included (regardless of being new or old sculpts) are of use and interest to me, and are of logical coloring choices (i.e. I don't need items colored like the pink Zodac armor or a bright blue axe and shield... even with weapons that are original sculpts).

I'd also like to finally see a single toned silver He-Man power sword at some point. Just as we got a 2-toned sword for She-Ra/Adora in a weapons pack to match He-Man's 2 toned sword, I wouldn't mind getting the opposite for He-Man to match with the sword that came with Adora.

I'd be willing to pay up to $30 for a weapons pack, but it'd really depend on what's actually in the pack. There'd have to be at least one thing I'd consider a must have (a really good new head, or something like the Emerald Staff of Avion), as well as at least a couple things I'd really want.
