Just got back from the gym and here she was, in the yellow envelope from UPS. Sorry for the camera phone pic. My regular camera is acting up, and I can't find the cord to download pix. So her she is...
She does have the soft hand, ala Cheetah from DCUC so it's not too bad. The sword is so soft that the rubber bands warped the sides, and it's pretty much a wavy line of plastic. But other than that, the figure is great.
The head does come off. All it takes is a little tug, and it pops back on easily.

G'ah! My worst fears about the sword have been realized!This sword deserves a Weapons Pak refresh because all of them will be in such bad shape.

I just checked the other reviews and AFT's definitely has a small rip, AFI's might have one...it's too hard to tell from their pictures, but Dan's and TheFwoosh's look okay...

Love her! I'll have mine on Thursday too. I like her silver mask but it does look a little goofy on her.
I can't stand the sword! It sucks to the power of ten! I hope it does get released in a future weapon's pack to have a SOLID sword that can keep the jewel in.

The UPS man just delivered mine as well; I must say that I hate the yellow envelope though. Catra looks great and is a welcome addition to my shelve of villains.
Just got mine delivered and i had a question for you guys. Wasn't it said that if you had the subscription and all that, you wouldn't be forced into getting your figures shipped in the stupid yellow envelope? I still got charged the exact same for an envelope as i did with the box before. What gives?
before MOTUC, i never really gave POP the time of day, NA either. But man with the 4HM and MOTUC, they have made me POP and NA fans. Catra and Bow it just gives me such high hopes on POP in MOTUC. Bring them all! (just lose the combs)

Sorry to ask a question that everyone else probably already knows, but where is the rip that people are talking about? This is the first I've heard of it.
It's on the piece of the skirt that dangles over her right leg...sigh...I knew this was gonna happen. I kept pointing it out and even told TG in person at wondercon. While not as bad as the early samples, some of them still have a minor tear apparently.

I've always thought that about this version of Catra. I think her cape in particular is way too super-hero.

Don't do it! I've cut these things with exacto blade before and they always leave a worse mark than what your currently has. the sharp edges left where the blade cuts catch the light in a very noticable way. the rip on your catra is very minimal! leave it be!!
