Suicide Squad: Harley, (King Shark (who I guess is now a hammerhead) and Deadshot.
Apparently modesty is not a costume requirement.
And I absolutely hate Deadshot's costume. But then I've always loved his look.

What the hell happened to Harley Quinn?!!!
Sgt. Rock is modern now?!
J'onn is part of the Authority/Stormwatch?
Uncanny X-Men just got canceled. Another reason to hate Quesada.

According to the solicit, this is a descendant of the legendary war hero in modern times.
And technically the Stormwatch solicit doesn't say either way. I'm still horrified by the integration of Wildstorm onto the main DC earth (which was QUITE crowded enough already).
Why does SUPERMAN need kneepads? It's even more crazier, because Supergirl's costume goes to all the trouble of having bare knees.
Even George Perez can't make a turd look edible.

I dunno about hating JoeyQ for it (I don't really even know what he's in charge of these days)... but I do hate the decision.
Too many titles being canceled/relaunched/renumbered.
Just leave it alone, man...
The short term gains really aren't worth it, IMO.
Clearly comic publishers feel differently, but I really think they're playing a game of diminishing returns that is quickly losing steam.
I'm sure there will be a fresh, new Uncanny X-Men #1 in October.

So is Superboy getting the same Matrix treatment that Supergirl had in the late 80's early 90's? Looks like they're trying to be too weird with him there.
I cannot believe they've removed Superman's red shorts. What a boring look he has now.
Tim Drake's costume is interesting though. Not sure about the wings, but he stands out the most to me.
I think they are playing around too much with Harley. She doesn't look like herself much.
I'm guessing Suicide Squad means I can say bye-bye to Secret Six?
I was already expecting as much with Gail writing a couple of these new titles,
but it makes me sad.![]()

I think I kind of like the wings - and the basic costume I think is nice. I just hate all the 90s straps and excessive pouches and all the other crap that junks up what could be a slick design.
The Image guys just can't do simple. Everything has to be so overdesigned and overloaded with stuff. Its like they take the same approach to designing costumes that they take to drawing. In their art, every surface needs to have a million little "detail" lines, and similarly their costumes can't have any sections that are just plain. Everything has to have some kind of extra adornment.
By my tally, we've HIT 52:
1. Justice League of America
2. Action Comics
3. Detective Comics
4. Wonder Woman
5. Aquaman
6. Green Lantern
7. GL Corps
8. GL: New Guardians
9. Red Lanterns
10. Green Arrow
11. Hawkman
12. Flash
13. Captain Atom
14. DC Universe Presents
15. Nightwing
16. Batgirl
17. Justice League International
18. Mr. Terrific
19. Justice Society of America
20. Firestorm
21. Teen Titans
22. Birds of Prey
23. Batman
24. Batman: The Dark Knight
25. Batman & Robin
26. Nightwing
27. Red Hood & The Outlaws
28. Catwoman
29. Batwoman
30. Batwing
31. Swamp Thing
32. Animal Man
33. Demon Knights
34. Frankenstein
35. I, Vampire
36. Resurrection Man
37. Justice League Dark
38. Voodoo
39. Legion of Super Heroes
40. Legion Lost
41. Teen Titans
42. Static Shock
43. Hawk & Dove
44. Suicide Squad
45. Deathstroke
46. Grifter
47. The Authority
48. Blackhawks
49. Sgt. Rock
50. All Star Western
51. OMAC
52. Blue Beetle
What about Superman and Supergirl? Please correct me if I'm wrong!
I think it's a Jim Lee design, because of the metal... calf covers... whatever those are. It's very similar to Huntress' boots when he redesigned her. Perez tends to get very detailed in his design, but Lee gets "fussy." The extraneous and inexplicable detailing on the top make me think Lee as those seems don't seem to serve any purpose.
The designs of Superman and Supergirl seem to be by different people, though, as Supergirl still has the classic V in the front of her boots and Superman doesn't. I hate the point at the top of his.
I kinda like the Supergirl costume overall, minus the priest collar and the knee cut-outs.

Haha, distracting villains with her sensual knees.
More like confusing them with her weird boots.
And yeah, the red crotch-patch-area-thing is weird.
But I haven't really seen any of these "redesigns" that I consider a clear improvement.
Some of them aren't bad... but none that I thought "yes, that is much better".
*shrugs*

With all the changes this is my exact feelings aswell. Secret Six is my favourite DC book.
I only read a small handful of DC, I am more a Marvel guy, but this teboot/retcon is right up my alley to jump on some other titles. However, if it is only for a short time before going back to the way it is now then I will probably jump off again
