5 major announcements now?!!
And a He-Man variant that'll bring some gaps?!
We need to ask specifically Toyguru questions more often...Let the speculation begin!
Mattel has once again provided answers to your questions.
Thanks again to them for taking the time to answer these!

Thanks to that fan for their help!

1. RockinHard:
Will all figures, including those with capes, be able to ride/sit in the vehicles?
No. The vehicle will fit “most figures”. He-Man or Skeletor or a cape-less figure will have no problem in the vehicle. Other figures with wings or capes will need to have them removed to sit in the fall 2011 vehicle.
2. Tundra Torque:
How do you think the fans at SDCC will react to the four big MOTUC announcements?
Toy Guru here:
“Personally, I think they will be blown away! We’ve been cooking up surprises for a few months and we now have confirmed 5 huge announcements. A few things that were not originally planned for the 30th have come together and we are upping the ante once again!”
3. Count Marzo:
If you guys had access to Filmation characters in MOTUC, which oneswould you love to do? Obviously Shadow Weaver is up there, but which others?
Toy Guru here:
“I think hypothetically we’d hit the big guns first. Cornboy has been begging for a Lizard Man figure, and fortunately the fans have kept numerous “want” lists on the boards so we have a very good idea of what Filmation characters fans would want if they ever did become available.”
4. Grenadaspice:
Hi Toyguru. Since you said 200 plus bios were written in case of the possible release of all those characters, what are your favorite three bios, even if those characters may never be released?
Toy Guru here:
“Boy I’m jumping in on all the questions this month! I don’t want to comment too much on any unreleased characters but personally I really enjoy the bios that connect the dots and help bridge the gaps in the storyline the most. We have a He-Man variant in 2012 that really ties a lot of loose ends together (bio-wise). Outside of that, Trap Jaw and Vikor were both bios I felt came out really well by tying together different continuities and introducing new concepts to expand the MOTUC world.”
5. nightboy1984:
I know that the only figures that are approved and in development are through early 2012, but you have stated that you have a penciled out plan for the line through 2016. In this plan have you represented all of the MOTUC factions (Great Rebellion, Heroic Warriors, Galactic Protectors, Evil Horde, Snakemen, Evil Warriors, and Space Mutants) with army builder packs?
Sorry, we can’t comment on this to avoid putting out any information that could potentially change in the future.

5 major announcements now?!!

5 Announcements!?!?
My MOTUC top 10 wants (POST NYTF):
Madame Razz & Broom - Scorpia - Glimmer - Modulock - Queen Angella - Horde-Troopers - Hunga the Harpy - Peekablue - Entrapta -Mermista
Filmation Sub top 5 wants: Sea Hawk - Huntara - Red Knight - Vultak - Dylamug
Small creatures that need to happen: Kowl - Imp - Lookee - 3 main twiggets
Not a bad set of question and answers this time around. We learn that not only did we go from two big announcements up to four, but suddenly there is a FIFTH one now as well! There is a He-Man variant coming out next year that ties up some loose ends in the bios (just from that alone I have to guess it must be NA He-Man)! And the way the Filmation question was answered, Filmation figures seems to be a strong possibility for an announcement, otherwise I would have most likely expected something along the lines of "Filmation characters are not possible so there has been no discussions regarding them."
MOTUC wants: Modulok, Entrapta, Scorpia, Madame Razz, Sea Hawk, Spinnerella, Double Trouble, Glimmer, Angella, Sweet Bee, Mermista, Flutterina, Perfuma, Peekablue, Kowl, Loo-Kee, Huntara, Two-Bad, Extendar, Tung Lashor, Sssqueeze, Kayo, Darius, Drissi, Hydron, Sebrian, Flogg, Crita, Hoove, Staghorn, Crystoll, Quakke, Chef Allen
Great .org transactions: sdilks, Man-E-Toys, bigassbuzz, Climan
I think it's either:
• Snake Armor He-Man (answers alot of the Snake Men plots)
• 200X He-Man (answers the Adam's quest for the Power Sword plot)
• NA He-Man (answers some NA plots)
• Oo-Larr (answers his fate and the end of the Great Unrest?)

Please don't forget the He-Man variant that "brings ties together" could ALSO be OO-LARR...
Great answers this time around !
Interesting questions and interesting answers.
It would appear that the major announcements are just snow balling more and more.
I'm surprised you guys are up in arms about the fifth announcement, instead of the Filmation question. I'm sure the wrong choice of words were used, and I am reading more into it, then it is meant, but why would Cornboy waste his time begging for Lizard Man figure if it was not possible to make? Then again, why do we keep screaming for Shadow Weaver right.![]()
Hmmm personally I think NA He-Man would tie a lot together. Although they could always do Snake Armor He-Man and tie it to the second Ultimate battleground.
As for Oo-lar, the only mystery I think he could solve is why He-man decided to start wearing boots.
I'm more excited for SDCC now more than ever. I'm glad to hear that Toyguru thinks that we'll be blown away. These seem to indicate major announcements and now there's a fifth one? I have no idea what it could be.
Ugh. Lizard Man.
LOL... while that's someone definitely on my "least wanted" list, it's a great batch of questions with (for the most part) an even greater batch of answers!
Gonna go with either Snake Armor He-Man or NA He-Man as being one of the 2012 variants that has a pretty important bio, as I can't see Flying Fists He-Man bringing too much new information into the plot!
The Goddess gave them to him on page 4, along with all the other stuff...
If he's the He-Man directly before Adam, then there is the mystery of what ultimately happened to him. Skeletor didn't kill him because Oo-Larr sent him behind the Mystic Wall. Hordak, King Hssss and Gygor were imprisoned.
WOW! 5 big announcements!? AND a He-Man variant that ties a lot together!? Pure awesomeness!!!
200X fan? Classic fan? What does that mean? I'm a MotU fan!!!
Pretty sweet answers, He-man variants rule, it's gotta be NA He-man, 5 announcements? Thats awesome, the SDCC wait is killing me, I think I'm gonna freeze myself like Eric cartmen did on south park when he coulnt wait for the nintendo wii![]()
5 announcements. I like the sound o' that.
I'm thinking New Adventures He-Man will be the He-Man variant.
This here's off topic, but I hope we get to see the 2002 Skeletor swords in MOTUC style at SDCC.
I want my other half.
5 announcements? wow
