My own new snake-men

Hi all,
I comission Simon Grell to work on new snake-men to add in the King Hiss's army.
So this is the first picture of work in progress.

I would like to have some new idea to finish it? Add spikes, bigger claws...
And if someone have an idea too for the color?
Maybe if someone have time to color it on photoshop or other?

To me he looks more dragon then snake, but still super cool either way!

I think same but this is an old race of snake-men.
there is no lots of snake-men figure who looks like really snake.
Tung-Lashor don't looks like snake.

Mine looks like dragon or dinosor.
More like Fang-Man.

It's why I need some little ideas to looks like more snake-men.
Maybe bigger and longer tongue?
Longer tail?

In my opinion, to get him to look more "snake-like" he needs a longer, thinner tail and I would loose the fins on his back. Then again, Snake-face doesn't look like a snake, Tongue-lasher looks more like a frog or toad. So its all good.

I like the dorsal spikes.
Not any other snake-men have one.

Simon will going to change some little things again:
Longer and a little bigger tongue.
Longer tail.
Longer claws at hands.
Some litttle spikes on hands.
Snake symbol on chest like on arms.

I would give him a shield and maybe some arabic sword. About the colours, I'd go for a orange and black. He looks very menacing. Have you decided the name yet? it seems a snakemen that is so powerful that he is at the point of evolving to a dragon man.

For the colors black and orange is a good idea.

looks more like an iguana than a snake, but still cool looking regardless. can't wait to see some color schemes on this guy.
