my guess is CN will wait until young justice is out of new episodes before airing new GL. that way DC nation will continue to have new content each week.
Of course it's cartoon network and they could show two episodes in three weeks then wait 6 months to show new episodes.
And I should have said that 'end of season,' because cartoon network will typically show the 13 episodes then have an extended break. Young Justice they just showed really funky to begin with.
