MOTUC Ambrosia Webstor

Recipee is known as it has been done before. Thank you, Bishart! A webstor and a Dr Who Empress.
There has been a red one and a banana colour one.
I wanted to stick closer to the Ambrosia Webstor look and made him blue.
I wanted to give him purple accents on the nails and joints, but my kid likes him this way.

I used magnets in the waist so that my sons can switch from normal Webstor to Ambrosia Webstor is seconds. Sort of like King Hsss action feature

Anyway, let me know what you think:

Looks great! I prefer this color over the red or yellow one. This definitely looks more like the cartoon version. Fantastic job.

What specific kind of magnets did you use? How much are these Dr. Who Empress's? What does the top of her look like? And where can I still get one?

Again, the idea of using the Dr. Who Empress is not mine.

I guess they are about $20 on Ebay. Which IMO is a great price for the size of the figure.

Neodymium rare earth magnets are awesome! I use them as joints A LOT.
If the snap together you should watch your fingers.
I learned using them when I used to make custom Combiners. They are REALLY strong.

fantastic job man, the blue on the body looks wonderful. i just joined the boards finally to show some more customs other than just on facebook and fwoosh. i feel like ive started something with this spiderbody! it look sperfect, you did a great job. magnets is a new approach, it seems to hold really well.

i just finished my kind webstor V.2 hes even more badaxed than the original.
again, great.

This looks pretty cool.. He does however have too many appendages.. A spider has 8 limbs, now he has 14. :s
