Race across Rakash, a swim contest for Good and Evil

Here it is my BIGGEST challenge ever as promised!

Simple enough idea, 2 good guys and 7 bad guys from MOTU/POP/NA whose main feature is they are all able to swim in water either by natural or artifical means. These are all the water specialists/warriors for almost all the teams, The Master/Heroic Warrior are the only one without a swimmer. The challenge is simple, All of these warrior have met at the edge of the Sea of Rakash on peaceful terms to swim a 30 yard race across the shortest section of the sea. The villians are not going cheat and their is a spell over the area that is preventing this as well. They are allowed to use whatever powers, abilities, or equipment that the original MOTU, POP, 200X, NA or MOTUC figures came with are all that is allowed to be used for the contest, you vote for who you think will win(cannot use any guns or other weapons). The contestants are(some character have tio have link to some of thier earlier/later figures do to space limits on the .org):

    Mermista: Magical Mermaid!

    Description
Figure has blue hair and blue eyes. She is dressed in a blue body suit with green shell-bra. She also has green boots and green cuffs. Her feature is that her necklace squirts water when you squeeze the shell backpack. Has a swivel head.

    Accessories:
    - iridescent silver/green fish tail with green decal
    - green shell backpack
    - green shield
    - green comb
Mermista is in her mermaid form and cannot use her comb or backpack, but is able to use any of her water based powers and her shield.

Hydron: Heroic Leader of the Galatic Guardians

    Description
When properly wound, a mere twist of his waist will unleash a wild, arm-flailing, spasmadic "swimming" action.
    Accessories:
    - helmet
    - back pack
    - triton spear gun
Hydron is allowed to use him swim gear but is not allowed to use his Spear gun.

Crocobite: Evil Corcodile with Crushing Jaws!

    Description
    Transforms from meteorb to crocodile.

    Accessories:
    - none
Fun Facts: Meteorbs were originally a Japanese toyline of transforming eggs released by Bandai, called Tamagoras. Mattel released them as part of the Masters of the Universe line. They did not appear in the He-Man cartoon, only in the Marvel MOTU comics, as the cartoon ceased production by the time their toys were made. Dinosorb and Comet Cat did, however, appear briefly in the She-Ra episode "Assault on the Hive". The Meteorbs are portrayed as members of the Rock People who can transform from meteors to animal forms.
Crocobite cannot use his Meteor form and cannot bite the other contestants and must swim, not fly. Also no laser blasts.

    Mer-Man: Evil Ocean Warlord!

Although Keldor's plan failed, Torrant was banished from Sub-Ternia, for betraying his people. He was taken in by his former employer and quickly rose up through the ranks, staying with Keldor even after his transformation into Skeletor, serving as his chief brute squad enforcer. His thick hide and stubborn intellect have made him more than a match for the Masters of the Universe, often leaving only He-Man to defeat him. I think it would likely come down to Mer-Man and Mermista.

I'll go with Mer-Man since his swimming ability and knowledge of the Sea of Rakash may be an edge over Mermista's swimming abilities.

Mer-Man...it's his home territory and he has control of the fish. He would cheat to win anyways and use the denizens of the seas to his advantage which cannot be denied even using magic.

For pure speed, I gotta go with Mermista. The big powerful tail will give her speed and maneuverability. No telling what kinda dangers they'd face along the way, 'cause many of them might be more capable of handling dangers than others. So I guess I just have to consider it an unhindered race, and for that, I gotta go with Mermista.

Merman. It's his sea after all, and even if it came down to cheating, and we ignored the "heroes always win" rule, Merman would and Should take it.

Based on straight up speed, I voted for Mermista. Now, if cunning comes into play to sabotage one's opponents in order to win, I would've voted Mer-Man.
