Yep! Hope the armor is at least, not made of hard plastic![]()
Yep at first I was against the Ab-Crunch on figures wearing armour but slowly accepted it as the norm. But looks like the abb-crunch has gone out the door starting with Fisto.
Anyone else bothered by this change?

Only one of anybody.
Not at all, I prefer without the ab-crunch, it breaks the sculpt

I can live without it on the odd figure. I'd rather have nice looking armour than a crop top so I can have my figure doing sit ups.

I'm glad he doesn't have it. I hardly ever use the ab crunch, except for on the very few characters who need to be hunched over, like Beast Man.
This is how the armour should have been done from the beginning. Hopefully when they do Buzz-Saw Hordak they'll redo his armour to cover his belly and give him a shorter cape.
I'm glad that he has full armor. That means when Mattel gets to making Clamp Champ we can have He-Bro.
Plus I can't imagine how it could still look good with the flat abs. If he had ab crunch, the aesthetics would definitely be sacrificed.

I am a bit disappointed that is is not the half amour but I don't think they would have forgone the ab crunch
He has the ab crunch. I can't find the original pic where I saw it, but if you see him from behind you can see that the armor covers the front, but not the bottom half of the back. The crunch is covered, so he won't be able to bend forward, but he'll be able to bend back.

LOL - They are really damned if they do, damned if they don't, aren't they?
Buh-wha? No no no, the body is the same buck as any of the other figures. It's just the armor. Looks like they're trying out a new style that covers the front so the style people are happy, but leaves the back open so the articulation people at least get to bend him back for those poses where he swings wide with the huge sword (like swinging a baseball bat).
I'm sure the armor will be removeable just like all the others. They're just molding it different from the others to try and please both sides.

I'm glad with this change too ! Fisto is so perfect...
I think Fisto is perfect! I hardly ever make use of the ab crunch anyway when posing my figures.
200X fan? Classic fan? What does that mean? I'm a MotU fan!!!
Looks fantastic! I wish Hordak had armor like that!

Coming from a guy who's number one favorite MOTU has always been Fisto...
He's perfect. When I first saw him I thought, wow they really did even better with this figure than I was even hoping for or expecting.
I love that we can create the vintage or 200X figure with him, I love that he has both swords. He is amazing. Thread closed.![]()
Hide & Seek Hordak does nothing to make collecting fun.
Gotta agree with you there. I am a fan of the ab crunch, but Fisto is just so awesome that I don't care. Missing the ability to do the hunched-forward pose will not in any way inhibit the awesomeness that flows from this figure. I honestly did not expect to get the alternate 200X parts, and they are just fantastic (as well as that big 'ol buster sword). They really knocked it outa the park with him.

I dont care about the ab crunch, but I will add, it must stink to be Matty some times, they give us armor that lets us keep the ab crunch people complain, they give us armor over the ab crunch people complain lol.
Everyone has there opinions but just funny to me is all.
the ignore list is my new best friend
Mostly on evil carachters the Abcrunch is essential to get the humped look.
Fisto is an upright northman, so he can live without it, but i hope he will not get the ugly hardplastic clips like the Battle Armors have.
Only one of anybody.
