I think the problem is making it toyetic enough to work...Batman's cape goes over his shoulders, but his action figures usually have it drawn back.
However, it's arguable that Evil-Lyn's cape isn't designed to be a fighting cape like the others...perhaps it should spread out from the clasp and be wide enough for the arms to stick out.
I would go for multiple capes, but let's assume Mattel won't. We'd have to get this right the first time.
