    Galaxy Warriors: Spikes Oxidized

Here's my rendition of Spikes from the Knock-off series "Galaxy Warriors".

I used to own the original figure when I was a kid and loved it. Ofcourse, being a customizer, at an early age I destroyed the figure. Ever since, i have created a vintage custom, a 200X, and now here is my MOTUC version the way I always envisioned him; Oxidized to explain the Green armor.

another great work: i really like how trap jaw's hands work with hordak's gauntlet, very neat combo.

is that a faceless one's head under the helmet?

yup! That's the faceless one in there. It worked perfectly to replicate the non existant face from the original figure.

the body is also from the faceless one, and the hands and boots are from Optikk.

Nice job, I'm really surprised how well the glove/ hand combo works. Makes for a very nice armor look.

Nice job hear Pyro. This is very much impressive. The gold armor is slick. Your figures continue to inspire sir.

hey, thanks! Great to get feedback from you MasterEnglish. Hopefully I can give inspiration for customizers to try new things like this that maybe didn't sound like a good idea at first.

of all my customs and figures, this one is my favorite. He really looks ancient and formidable, not to mention indestructable in an inhuman kind of way. He draws the nostalgia out for me the most I suppose, and with the level that my abilities in customizing has come to, I could finally do Spikes justice and give him a respectable, yet original-inspired paint job.
