I'd totally be down for this. Hell, you could even use the effects with other toy lines, as could Mattel. I'm sure the molds could come in handy down-the-line as accessories for a lot of DC figures.
I've used Scarabus's other flame on Evil-Lyn's spellcasting hand and it works pretty well. I definitely support energy effects for MOTUC. They could make something for Moss-Man as well (his open hand is actually quite compatible with the other Scarabus flame.)
