The official Kol-darr MOTUC Thread

Kol-darr is one character that I always imagined from the time of King Randor and continued to help the masters of the universe from time to time. He never really had any special powers, I just saw him as a Barbarian. But he did have a Shadowmaster, His incredibly powerful and amazing cyberentic horse that could turn into a shadow and those tentacles that come out his his stomach, and that he could fly. If we get the Filmation rights, They should come in a two pack. In going with the Barbarian theme, He should come with a double bladed axe.

I've always imagined him to be a kind of arena gladiator who took his battle skills to the wider world to help others instead of just entertaining people in the arena. He's probably an independent hero most of the time who occasionally helps out He-Man and the Heroic Warriors.

He's not the most inspiring character and it doesn't help that his one episode ("Double Trouble") was so bad, but his horse Shadow Master has a cool power and I'd be up for seeing them packaged together in the MOTUC line.

We need more pics in these kinds of threads! I didn't have any opinion until I saw him. He's pretty freakin' cool! Any more armored guys is fine by me. Any more pictorial displays of what he can do?

I'm not familiar with him, but he looks great. Having Filmation rights is going to mean nothing but good things for this line.

I definitely want Kol-Darr! This episode is special to me since it's one I actually remember watching as a kid. Probably because it's one of the few ones I had on VHS from when I was a kid. Awesome 80s commercials included!

Kol-Darr looks awesome too and would make a great figure. Although this would be another excuse for Mattel to use the horse mold.

Kol-Darr is awesome, and his steed Shadowmaster should be included. A mechanical repaint of Swift Wind would be really cool.

Not a bad character, and I'm sure he'd be cool as a MOTUC figure, and that I'd buy him.

But there are many more cooler Filmation characters I'd like to get first (such as Batros, Kittrina, Shokoti, Lord Masque, Lizard Man, Fang Man, Vultak, Scorpia, Octavia, Sea Hawk, Madam Razz and Broom...).

So he can be released, but not right now.

Of all the random support threads that have popped up lately, like an incursion of Marzo's black flowers, Kol-Darr is a must have character in my view.

There are figures I want before him ... Octavia, Scorpia, Granita, Fang-Man, Batros, but Kol-Darr would definitely have a place of pride in my collection.

Didn't Kol-Darr appear in 2 episodes?

No, but there are two of him in the episode in which he does appear (Double Trouble--though vexingly Double Trouble herself is not in it too).

Package him with Shadow Master and I'll buy him. I think fair is fair on that combo. You should be looking at about a $45 price point because I don't really recall seeing him with any weapons. Regardless, I thought this guy had cool enough potential being one of He-Man's allies that wasn't one of the Masters that I made him on SmackDown vs Raw '09 a while back.

He would be cool to have in the line, as with many other's that I shall not name octavia, scorpia, calix, whoops slipped out, but yeah he still would be cool along with his mechanical flying steed!

Never heard of him, but he's pretty awesome looking, especially if he came with his steed.
