I have the following pieces up for grabs:
Loose She-Ra #1: 1st release. Has: cape, Filmation tiara head, the shield that came with the Toys R Us 2Pack She-Ra (a slightly darker paint tone). No other weapons. Has trouble standing due to loose ankles. Slight paint scuff on right boot. Some small black marks on back of red cape.
Loose She-Ra #2: 1st release. Has: hole-in-the-head head. Original shield. No other accessories at all (no swappable tiara, no nothing!) Has paint chip off the back of hair. Boots don't have the best paint job, and there's a scuff of paint missing from the right bracer. Loose ankles.
Loose Cringer: fresh out of the package, no paint flaws that I can see.
Red Beast Man Whip from 1st Weapons Pak.
Adora one-tone Power Sword.
Grey Halberd from the Weapons Rak, slightly bent at the top.
Trap-Jaw head. Minor paint chip from upper right cheek.
Queen Marlena's sword. Two noticable paint scuffs on one side of the sword.
2nd release King Grayskull "Orb of Power" (that blue marble).
Taking offers or if someone wants to take the entire lot of it for $28 shipped, that'd be fine.
Trade-wise, the parts I'd be interested in are:
Teela's head.
1st release Adora's head.
He-Ro staff with red and/or purple gemstones.
Zodak's staff.

Cringer might be spoken for... as for the other stuff, just toss out an offer. Some of these things I feel like the shipping will cost more than the actual item, so a decent number that covers the cheapest route of shipping might entice me

Is the sword in a good condition? the one from my Adora had its bands too tight in the packaging, it got deformed.
When it comes to She-ra Princess of Power characters, FILMATION is the way to go!.
